I came by again yesterday after work, but this time I called especially for Peter, I heard he does great deep tissue. Omg, it hurts !!! I always do deep tissue and I like it strong but Peter uses his elbows with all his weight pressings on my body. I don't think Peter knows what deep tissue means, just because we says strong doesn't mean to hurt us. When it comes to the hot stones, it was burning hot, it was so hot when it touched my back that it felt like an electric shock. You guys better be careful of that, it can seriously damage your back. So he put a towel on my lower back and put lined the stones on top and he massages my legs, letting the stones cool down a bit. After he was done with my legs, he went for the stones. I never had anyone use it on My head before and that shit hurts. Like he uses the stones to try scraping my head off from my shoulders, I think he was scraping my neck and accidentally hit my head a couple of times, that's why it hurts. His face massage can tear off your face cuz is so hard. I don't know if his massage is good or bad but I doozies off , if you in room 16 and see snots on the floor, that's from me lol. This morning I woke up all sore. Maybe is too good but I think I'll stick with the other guy, he knows what to do and how hard I can handle it. read more

Sorry, this was a disappointing experience. There are too many similar places that offer the same services that do a much better job. The smell in the front reception area is bad. It reminds me of a dirty aquarium or turtle tank smell. It's almost like a sewage smell. The receptionist seemed nice enough, but she did not understand or speak enough English to answer any of the questions I had both when trying to choose a massage option and what to do when I got into the room. The confusion made it difficult to relax. I was trying to ask if I take off only my shoes or if I'm supposed to take the clothes off too because it's an oil and hot stone massage plus foot massage combo. She kept telling me I have to pay $5 extra to take clothes off. It made no sense. The massage was just okay. I came in with a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and all of that tension is still there after the massage. She did not work out any knots in my muscles anywhere. There was really no focus on any of the main muscles that normally get worked on during a massage. At the end, I was surprised when she told me the massage was done already. I paid for a 1 hour massage. When I checked the time on my phone, an hour ago I was still sitting in my car texting someone. I have all the time stamps to prove that. I thought there had to be a mistake and asked her which massage she gave me because I thought maybe there was a miscommunication and she thought I paid for 30 minutes. She insisted it was one hour and immediately started talking to a different customer. I still tipped $15 but honestly this was a waste of time and money and I won't return. read more

Went to get a quick 30 min upper body massage , most painful massage ever not relaxing what so ever ! I told him to stop and that he was hurting me and all he said was "you'll feel better after" I am now bruised on my upper back. I literally was having trouble breathing during it because of how hard he was massaging me. And to top it off he used his elbow most of the time so his elbow was just digging into my back. The price is for massages is great, the masseuse was wonderful and I love the hot stone add on the only issue I had was that the placed as soon as you entered smelled like sewer, I don't know if there was a pipe leakage or where that smell was coming from. In addition to that the next door business was so loud when calling out the drink orders that made it difficult to stay relaxed throughout the experience. Reasonably priced. My friend recently moved into this area. We called to see if they had two available; a woman to take care of my pregnant friend and a strong man for me. My friend said she loved her masseuse. She communicated through out the whole experience and made her feel safe and comfortable. The gentleman who took care of me was kind. I think he was new to the trade because he knew where to massage but he didn't have that "touch" you know. I have had some people just know where I hold most of my tension and pain, even with out having to communicate. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't go to him specifically again. Paid $50 for a 60min full body massage with hot oil and hot stone. The place was clean and quiet. The lady I had was ok except she applied TOO much pressure. I was in a lot of pain during and after the massage but I think maybe the masseuse was going for deep tissue massage. ‍ If I ever come back, I will be sure to ask for less pressure and say something if the massage becomes too painful. If I could leave a 0 stars I would! Place was hot, musty smell, and in general this place was the worst!! Came for my FIRST Mother's Day. Called for a total of 7 people. Upon arrival I said we had a reservation and was told "no" I responded with "excuse me?" They said "no?" I said "um yes I have a reservation for 7, at 10am" they said "try next door" so I said "what?" She finally said "no English" made no sense!! Someone else finally came and rudely asked "well when will they all arrive we are very busy" my group arrived. We all got situated. I was told to remove clothing but bra and underwear were ok. I was in a room with my mother which was a choice of mine. A man began on my mom, the woman is about to start on me and says I need to remove my bra. My bra had no clasp so I needed to basically fully show my breasts to them to remove it as she was not turning away and asking me to take it off over and over. I said no and she kept insisting and I laid down and said no. I'll keep the rest short and so what simple. I had to constantly say "OUCH YOURE HURTING ME!" And not once did she check and ask "is this okay?" "Are you okay?" "I'm sorry" nothing! Just kept going ROUGH! I also have a VERY viable scar on my tailbone from having 2 surgeries. Lady put her ELBOW on my tailbone TWICE and I MOVE and said NO and she did it AGAIN so I moved to my side and she said "sorry" with no expression. She continued to be rough so I continued to tense up and say "YOU ARE HURTING ME" and finally what my last straw was she LAUGHED at me. Keep in mind in no way shape or form did I EVER ask for a deep tissue massage or any sort of hard pressure. For my first Mother's Day I'm now in way too much pain to even hold my son. She also did not give me a warning she was putting anything on me, and just went and put HOT stones on my back and I said "OWWWWW" and she said NOTHING. she had me turn over so I assumed it was done because I basically said to stop. So she massaged my head and I thought great she's just going to do the basics then, she put some random lotion on my face AGAIN NO WARNING. and i now have red blotches on my face because i have 0 idea what was put on me and i have sensitive skin. Even while laying on my back she kept trying to get the back of my shoulders where she kept hurting me and i kept saying "OUCH" almost as if it was on purpose. I was not going to leave a tip, they CHASED my family and I down outside and DEMANDED we all leave a MINIMUM of 20% tip EACH my mother told her no. Not for hurting me after I continued to express my pain and continued to make her stop. I Almost walked out and probably should have, won't make the mistake of EVER coming here and I hope they get put out of business. If my back continues to be in pain I may need to seek medical attention and legal advice at this point. read more

I did appreciate the soundproof walls because although the place next door had very loud music, it was hardly noticeable. I came with my partner and he said he received a great massage while I received an airport pat down for at least half the time I was there. Second time and last time going to this establishment. My most recent experience consisted of a couple's massage in which I requested 2 male therapist for my husband and I. I called beforehand to request the 2 male therapist and confirmed with the receptionist. Upon arrival I was told that a male and female therapist is ALL that was available. I decided to try the female therapist and it was a huge disappointment. It was nowhere near a massage it was an airport pat down for 60 minutes. Also, tips are MANDATORY! As you are walking out you are almost confronted and cornered by the staff to give a tip or questioned as to why you haven't tipped pre- service. Similar to other reviewers, I experienced staff at the front desk being really pushy with tips. I understand that a 20% tip is customary, however, a $10 tip for a $35 foot massage equates to about 30% and it's disappointing that staff are pushing their customers away for forcing everyone to pay a $10 tip regardless of the price of the service!
