I requested a quote for pool replastering. The so called project manager gave me a quote of 39k+, IF I qualified for their program and/or incentives. 42k+ if I didn't. At those prices, why not get a newer pool. The very first thing I expressed to this guy, was for him to not bullshit me. Needless to say, that's the very first thing he did. He wanted to sell me sod for the front yard. At no point did I mention I wanted a quote for sod. I kept my composure and politely expressed i would give them an answer soon. I received a follow-up call and I expressed to them I wasn't interested because of the integrity. They apologized to me and said it was a "new" guy who was sent out to give me the quote. I don't fucking care! Even after expressing that I wanted nothing to do with them and that I was NOT interested, their solicitors continue to call me at all hours of the day, under different numbers. So FUCK these assumes! Take a moment to think about who you give your information to. They WILL call you, laugh at you when you tell them to stop calling you, and will continue to do so. Next, I will contact the police to begin your paper trail of harassment, keep it up, we can play phone tag all day!​​​ read more

We had a nice guy doing door to door come by and we were actually looking for a patio cover so we let him take our information and set up an appointment. Caroline was the rep who ended up coming out to meet us. She was polite, but very misleading during the quote process and gave us incorrect information about what we could and couldn't do with our patio cover. (that we later confirmed was incorrect by calling our City Building Division) She measured the area we wanted covered and when asked what the starting price would be, she would just give us the cost per square foot ($59.99) and would not give a total price. So after asking a few times, I just pulled out my phone calculator and did the calculations myself. After realizing she wanted to charge us over $24k for a basic patio cover we told her that was out of our budget. We asked if we could have her card, she said everything would be emailed to us. Nothing was ever emailed. We later got a call from Angel, he said he didn't see a quote in the system and asked how the appt went. We explained how we weren't pleased with it and told him what happened. He apologized and said that she was new to the team but shouldn't have quoted that price at all or given us the false information. He asked if he could set up an appt for a supervisor to come out to do the quote again. We reluctantly agreed and set it up for 5-5:30pm. We later got another phone call that said the appt was from 5:30-6pm. We still said that was fine. When 6:30 rolled around we called both numbers that had previously reached out to us, both went to voicemail. The reps ended up showing up at 7:10pm. When they called to let us know they were there we declined the appointment and said they were over an hour late. All in all a terrible experience start to finish. read more
