One of the worst Landscaping companies I have dealt with in my life. They have a blatant disregard…read morefor the environment and the laws that are set up to protect the waterways, and marshlands of Norwalk. Each year they dump all the leaves from a 32 home association into the protected areas and pond that sits on the property. The workers pee in my backyard (where kids playing and cars driving by can see), use my outdoor furniture and hammock, and many members of the association find alcohol containers in their backyard and trash receptors. Even though many members of the association have complained (provided picture and video) for 5+ years, the owner of Signature and the association board refuse to do anything. Despite us providing this proof Signature claim that the excessive accumulation is naturally occurring. When any member of the association tries to address this with the owner of Signature he emphatically deny's any wrong doing and then dismisses us. As a result, many trees are dying since the floor level has raised 3 feet; the marshland is disappearing, fish are dying and wildlife is diminishing. Despite launching many complaint with the City of Norwalk nothing is being done, and soon these areas will be destroyed. That being said if you are a member of your Home Owners Association and want considerably more attention given your yard as well as individual projects being done at the expense of the rest of the association then this company is for you.
