I was already in contract with another landscape architecture firm at the time that I met Manny, and I was interested in having him do subcomponents of the work. Manny was able to work with the original contractors' plans, upload them to CAD, and fine-tune the installation. His ability to make on-the-spot design changes was helpful. His crew was professional, hard -working, and always showed up on time. Manny did a solid job of providing estimates and sticking to them. Manny is smart and has excellent people skills both with the client (me!) and in the way he interacts with his crew. I feel that Manny provides an excellent value for the services he provides. Shannon also created a rock sculpture which we didn't request or pay for, but which has given my wife endless delight to see how those rocks are balanced on each other.
