Do NOT call this man !! Alex is more interested in getting his money for a house call than doing the work. He was called for a break in a sprinkler line which had already been located. A simple repair that he just wouldn't do and said we needed a landscaper to make the repair for a possible $3000 plus. He was here for about an hour, did nothing, and walked away with a check for $165. My own gardener made the repair in 20 min. flat ! We got some issues with our sprinklers and Alex came and explained to us the situation we were in, and he would confirm with us and get our consent before starting any work at our house. His explanation was clear, and he gave us a few options to choose from, and he was really helpful when we knew nothing about the subject and would give us his recommendations. At the end of his service, he ran us through the fixes he made and the most awesome thing was he then kinda gave us some trivia questions of "what do you do when I'm not here and you're facing this emergency?" These questions were really informative and made me feel like now I'd know what to do during emergencies (at least more than I had). He took cash or check payments, not credit cards, just fyi. I was lucky enough to catch Alex in between appointments so he was able to stop by on the day of. He did an amazing troubleshooting and fixing the issue we had where the sprinkler heads on our front lawn were not popping up when the system was on. He discovered a leak in the underground piping so he removed part of the sod, sealed the leak, and placed the sod back neatly. I will definitely call him again for any future issues. read more

Alex did a fantastic job fixing my irrigation system. I had a bank of sprinklers that stopped working and the valve box was nowhere to be found. Alex brought some special equipment with him that can listen to the current running through the wires. He was able to find the valve box buried under 8 inches of wood chips. My sprinkler control box was also not working properly so he replaced it. Alex gave me a lot of pointers and helpful hints about how to make the system work better. Sprinkler timer box seemed to be working but sprinklers themselves would not. Alex found that the power wire had been cut, likely by a prior gardening service which I have since let go that never bothered to mention it. Alex was able take a spare piece of wire and splice it with the existing. Bingo. Worked like a charm. He also replaced a leaking valve. All within under 2 hours and at a reasonable price. Charges exorbitantly. The Rain bird Valve he replaced was a lot cheaper at HOME DEPOT. When questioned , he says Home Depot sells crappy products. Talks utter non-sense. He takes long time to do a simple job just to bill you high. Not very impressed with his quality of work. read more
