Was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Accessed the app at 6:20 am. Found two appointments (7:30 am and 8:00 am) for later this morning. Arrived at 7:50 am and checked in via the app in two steps. Walked inside and sat in the waiting room. The car was taken back at 8:15 am and the service was done at 8:30 am. I was notified via the app that our car was ready. The service person also came over and notified me that the car was ready and parked right out front. Summary, extremely fast and professional service. Issue was resolve and customer care was top notch. Smog place says the cold air intake is illegal and has no EO number. Took it to my local mechanic. He stated that the car has been modified illegally. I now have to pay at least $1000 in repair to get it to pass smog. You have to smog a vehicle in California before you sell it. How did this pass smog when it was sold to me by Dan Reed Auto. Tried to contact the people at Dan Reed Auto and they have ignored me. Several times. I will be making reports to Better Business Bureau and city of Escondido and city of San Diego
