When I told him where my car was, he immediately knew the lay if the land and asked if it was on a hill or not. This is the type of experience and local knowledge that is important. He arrived very quickly, towed my car to the dealership, knew where to leave my car, knew the service people and actually went into their office and had one of them come out to start the repair process. It was my first time to the dealership so this was extremely helpful. Rate was reasonable. Cant recommend this company highly enough.

When he arrived for pickup, I also got to meet his dog, Frank--they make an awesome team! We called Noel to ask how much it would cost to tow one of our Harleys down to Boar's Nest for repairs. It needed a new battery because it had sat for a while and we couldn't get it to charge or jump it to turn over. Before putting it on the truck, Noel offered to help us with changing the battery so may not even need the tow. After he showed us how to remove the seat (no it wasn't easy), he was able to determine we had the wrong size battery for that bike, so it wouldn't have mattered if we had been able to remove the seat. Anyway, we got it loaded and towed, and we're very happy with the service. We will definitely recommend his service to anyone. We hope we don't need it again, but it's nice to know someone who's not trying to gouge you. read more

Man what a great experience! I walked out to my bike this morning (2019 kawasaki zx6r) just to be welcomed by a flat tire from a nail I apparently must have ran over . Called up a local shop to get a new tire put on , they recommended me to the motorcycle man and im glad they did! Not only did he give me a great price, he was here exactly at the time he said he would be. Punctuality and honesty are key. He also made sure i felt secure with how my bike was strapped up before he left and damn let me tell you i couldnt get the bike to budge not even a centimeter. I needed a motorcycle I'd just brought in Wildomar delivered to my house in Oceanside, I looked into renting a truck That would take time and it would have cost me about $130-150 with taxes etc. I made one call to Noel and he could do it in a couple of hours and only $100 wow so two hours later the bike was at my house, fantastic service, the best, give him a call you will be so happy with his service and pricing.
