Everything felt dialed in, and Ali took the time to explain what was done and why. Super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We test drove a 2001 Ford Expedition; the business owner (TK) let us put 500$ down for him to hold it for two weeks until Pops flew out. We found it a bit strange that we couldn't use a check to pay for the vehicle but debit card was okay. When the plate came, he let us pick it up even though the vehicle isn't in our names. After a few minor fluid (oil, radiator, differential, etc) and part changes (wiper blades, etc), Pops was ready to drive it home. I am writing this review because he made it home safely... cross-country, via the 40 (read: through the desert!) in late July.
