Today was the last straw. Came in for the $49.99 bucket wash, got quoted $59.99 -- turns out they tried charging my sedan at SUV pricing. When I called it out, instead of correcting it, the guy pivoted to pitching a wax coating add-on. Then came the mat upsell -- pushed hard on paying extra to "wash" my mats, when vacuuming already comes standard and is all silicone mats actually need. I shouldn't have to fight for a fair price every single time I come in. Between the constant upcharges and deflection tactics, it's clear this is standard practice here, not a one-off mistake. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Also made an appt via yelp and the people on-site were confused and annoyed. "On-site" is relative as it's a tent at a gas station. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for services. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services.
