He always went the extra mile. For example, when I asked him to repair a broken VHS tape, he also digitized it without me asking. At another time, I asked him to clean packaging glue off of a CD, and he took the time to clean it so thoroughly that it worked perfectly, even though he had to clean it bit by bit every day because of the sturdiness of the glue and fragility of the CD. He always got the job done exactly as requested and then more. If your in Dallas/Addison, this is definitely the guy to go to for your home video/old school media/AV needs!!
