Jack was very professional and organized. The fact that Doorstep comes and picks up the photos is the primary reason I decided to use them. I did not like the thought of mailing the photos for fear that they may be lost or damaged in the mail and I'd never see them again. This is a great service! I was especially impressed with the time that Jack took with me to make sure that his price was competitive and that he understood exactly what I needed. We had about 1200 photos that needed to be scanned as they were becoming worn and yellowed with time. He met me at my work and helped me organize the photos so he could put them in folders and subfolders for the digital copies. He placed them in their own container with my name and phone number to ensure they were kept safe and organized. In a week he had the photos digitized and sent me a link to review. The quality was excellent! By the second week he was delivering my original photos and a thumb drive with the digital copies back to me. He provided a second thumb drive for backup and even let me keep the container he used to store the photos. I will definitely be using them again! read more

I wanted to prepare a slide show for my daughter's wedding reception. So, I asked her fiance's mother to send me photos of her son from birth to current. HIs mother sent so few that I really needed to use them all; however, they were not in very good shape, i.e., faded, shots taken to far away and poor lighting and/or color. Since I did not have the negatives, I needed someone to scan them to a flash drive and fast. I came across Doorstep Digital and contacted the Dallas location. I spoke with Ron, who advised that he would come to my location and scan all photos and clean them up as best he could. Ron showed up at my office the next day and scanned about 100 pictures and made them brighter and clearer. He did all this in about 2 hours and left me with a flash drive for me then to proceed with my slideshow. The service was spectacular and convenient for me and my schedule. After the wedding is over, I will definitely be calling Ron again to do more of my photos. If you have a lot of photos that you need organized and scanned to a safe mode, you should definitely call Ron at Doorstep Digital. read more
