When I contacted Amy about the palm tree leaves hanging down and a bunch of branches left on my neighbor's driveway, she texted that she'd get back to me about coming back out. That was a nearly a week ago. I've tried to contact her multiple times but get no response. Why would a business not even respond with "we're still working on it" instead of radio silence? Seems they're just unorganized or don't care about repeat customers. I also paid for them to trim a tree that was hanging the fence onto my neighbor's property. They trimmed the tree but left a big pile of branches on my neighbor's driveway. I used them in the past and Amy and Cody were friendly which is why I didn't mind when they had to reschedule the day of because their tree guy flaked (2 years ago) or when they didn't return my message to schedule service (last year and I ended up using another company). 3 strikes and you're out! It would be my responsibility to pay for her fence as well as remove the fallen tree. The more I looked at it, the more anxious I got. When the wind kicks up, it can come whistling through the back yard and puts a lot of stress on everything. Yelp Reviews: I decided to go with the tree service that had all 5 Star reviews. Duane came over and had a look and decided it should be removed and gave me a quote. Removal Day: About a week later the crew showed up at 7am and went to work. Duane was there to supervise. Before I knew it the tree was down, cut to pieces and out of sight. This sort of tree had a reputation for being hard to kill. So they spent quite some time grinding the stump to prevent regrowth. The area was cleaned, and there was no sign of a tree ever having been there. So I agree with the other reviews. 5 Stars. While the crew was cleaning up, Duane spent some time with me and looked at a couple of other trees that I was worried about. They refused to come back and put it in the ground without an exorbitant charge. You call them ad nauseam without a reply. They over charge for work not done, done poorly, and they don't keep their word. My sister is elderly, but she used them before her stroke. I asked them to call me and don't speak to her. They talk to her, upset her and leaves her in tears. Their work is disgraceful and so are they.
