Service we received from them included: 1) Complete removal of large old dying tree, including stump grinding. 2) Planting of new tree - including pickup of tree and new dirt from nearby Star Nursery - in same spot as old tree (so no change needed to the rest of our landscape). I went with Julio and his team because they were the cheapest estimate. They gave me a window of 0800-1000 but then asked if they could come after 12. No big deal for me as i was very flexible with my day. (In other words i had nothing going on LOL). And i understand that some jobs might take longer than expected or you hit traffic.
