The crew came to the house. The two men were professional and friendly. Took them less than an hour to trim 3 palm trees. Awesome job in their clean up as well. Las Vegas Superior Tree Service came out to assist me with palm tree removal. My neighbor's palm tree had gotten really tall and was dropping palm seeds and fronds into my yard. She agreed that if I paid for the removal we could remove the tree. Called for several quotes from different places. Jesus replied quickly and came out in the next couple of days. Jesus had a very professional appearance and was very polite and helpful. He gave me a quote to remove the tree down to the ground and also trim the neighbor's trees that were hanging over the fence line. His bid was reasonable and very competitive. I agreed to the bid and asked the office person for proof of the company's insurance which she sent over to me. The workers arrived within the scheduled time frame and worked hard and efficiently. They had a truck to haul away all the debris and a piece of equipment - a chipper/shredder I think - to grind up tree limbs like a shredder shreds paper. They did an excellent job of cleaning the space up and removing everything. I would definitely recommend them if you need to get rid of a palm tree or have trees trimmed. read more

They cut down a tree for my elderly grandmother. She had the cash on her dining table to pay, when they finished she realized she needed the cash for something else and needed to write them a check. She invited the gentleman in for her to do so, they said their goodbyes. Then when she went to put the cash away, it was gone along with the check! She stopped pay on her check and called them. Terrible/ poor job. Doesn't honor his guarantee. Keeps on delaying his appointments saying that he is far away and can't make it etc... Requests more money upon arrival! When the time comes to honor his guarantee, he does nothing but blame the customer of not maintaining , and accuses the customer of cutting the wires that holds the tree which has snapped due to force of wind!
