His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They were able to have the crew come 1pm on Monday afternoon. This is great considering it's summer time and we host people all the time in our yard. The pricing was competitive and the speed and responsiveness was great. It took about 2-3 hours to remove the whole tree, they removed part of the fence to get to it and put it back together after. They also cut down some bamboo that was growing next to the tree as well. After they cleaned up and left, I noticed that there were some large dents from where bigger branches fell in my lawn. There were also a lot of smaller sticks and debris I thought they could have cleaned up. Other than that, the service was great and they were really good.

These were 35' tall hemlocks that they cut down at the base letting them crash her fence and land on my lawn! They said they would make it right by installing 10 foot trees in their place and topsoil and seed for my lawn. My neighbor got 5 small trees and my lawn got nothing. My lawn is now full of bare spots, divots and weeds. They said they'd come back but never did. Would never recommend having them on anyone's property!
