I was about to leave in 10 minutes got another call telling me only thing would be done is a cleaning because insurance said they would not pay unless i did full dentures on top ...... they called me an hour before i was sposed to be there again . Now i have to start over with a different place because in my opinion they should have called me both times way earlier . Its their job . She and her staff put me at ease every time I am in their office. Dr Kumar is great at explaining what she is doing while you are in the chair and why she is doing it. She is consistently checking up on you to make sure you are not in any pain which I, a person with horrible dentist office experiences, can appreciate! I even had zoom whiting treatments with them which can I say was a game changer! The results I got from just one office visit was noticeably different and 10x whiter! I called multiple offices in the area, many said they don't accept my insurance and a couple, including CT Periodontal and Implants Associates said they would accept. Someone from their office called and reviewed my out of pocket cost for the surgery and said I have to pay almost $200 out of pocket. When I went there, the doctor did a comprehensive gum exam (which was not what I was referred for) and they gave me papers to sign. They explained the values written here are before insurance and my insurance covers everything except $200. Just a few days before surgery, somebody called from their office and told me your insurance does not cover this operation which was a big lie!!! I asked whether I can cancel my appointment and the lady told me I have to pay a fine, as it is too close to the surgery date. She also told me they would give me a 200 discount if I pay it by check and not credit card (which again was a trick!!) I trusted them that my insurance does not cover this operation, and I accepted and paid $1000 with check. After the surgery, I got a new bill to pay $160 for a comprehensive exam, which was not what I had asked and was there for. They also billed me $200 more (actually there was no discount for paying with check!!!) The interesting part is that I called my insurance and realized that my insurance covers 80% of this operation and they are out of network!!! They literally lied to me, not just once but also many times!! Now they are sending me letters that they are reporting to credit. I have already paid $1000 for a procedure that would cost me $200 with insurance and they are still reporting my credit. Don't go to their offices!!

There is even a tv in each exam room to keep the children occupied if the visit makes them a little nervous or bored. This office is pretty big and quite modern. Everything is clean and spacious and I just really feel welcome when we come here. Mostly I come for cleanings but I have also had a fair amount of dental work performed such as fillings, crowns, etc. My usual doctor is Dr. Fusco though sometimes I see Dr. Ciracia. Both are very nice. They moved into their current office a couple years ago and it's very nice and professional and even includes a fireplace. They also have TVs in the rooms where today I watched Friends while getting my teeth cleaned. I have insurance but for expensive dental work it doesn't cover everything. As near as I can tell the prices are reasonable but I can't honestly say I've shopped around. Honestly I do not like visiting the dentist but these guys are all right. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The second time he said it's because of the medication I had taken. The first one failed while was NOT on the medication. His solution was I am not a viable candidate for implants so I should get a bridge. However he wants to charge me thousands more without any consideration for the thousands I have already paid. I live with one hole in my mouth and pain from other one; he says will fail as the bone has all disappeared around it.
