They dropped off the new bins at the start of the road, not the end of our driveway, and my heart sank. I gave them a call immediately and the guy who was talking to me was perfectly reasonable and explained that they were uncertain about if they could fit into the road. After explaining that the other trash companies my neighbors use always are able to drive in, they were okay with coming to the end of our driveway to pick up our weekly trash and recycling. We have not been using this company long, but I am very satisfied so far with their on-time pickups and the way they handled this situation. I understand that there may be difficulties down the road when the weather isn't so nice, but it's good to know we are dealing with communicative reasonable people, and I hope we won't have to switch.

Among many other items, they helped us haul away several large office dividers we never could've managed on our own. Their pricing was very fair, they got us scheduled quickly, arrived right on time, and had everything cleared out in about an hour. The crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. Getting both spaces cleared out so we could finally use them again -- and at such a reasonable price -- was a huge weight off my shoulders. I often joke it's some of the best money we've ever spent. Move in day was slightly better however even after personally speaking with the owner, Paul, about our experience, they knowingly delivered furniture broken beyond repair & simply said nothing. Picture frames were broken, scratches left in things. The owner Paul displayed severely unethical practices when he literally delivered an unusable desk to me & acknowledged to us that he was aware it was beyond repair. Yet chose to have his crew wrap it up & deliver it without a word. A pack of true Vikings would have done a better job.
