Megan called several days before and was open to talking thru a complex story to better understand my moms needs and how to make sure she would be safe at rehab. She coordinated with me, the hospital and the rehab daily to make sure all went well. The floor staff have been excellent and really seem sweet with my mom. They are staffed better than I expected (staff to patient ratio) and when I have shown up unexpectedly to see my mom she is always up, dressed, fed and her bed and room are kept decent. We have had to help here and there when with her but that's more us just wanting to help out caring for our mom vs any gaps in care (IE things like help feed her, straighten her room, move out food trays, etc). The patients/family are encouraged to pick each meal for the week and the options have been varied, and my mom has actually really enjoyed them which was great because she was not eating at the hospital. She reports to me that she has done well at therapy although, of course she doesn't love it :) but all in all I'm really impressed with the way that she was taken care of at this facility. We had a short stay at a different rehab prior to this one and the comparison is night and day!

I do t think this office has any regard for people's time. I arrived for my appointment early and…read morewaited 30 mins in the waiting room. I approached the front desk and asked what time my appointment was because I had been waiting for 30 mins. When I was told my appt time was 30 mins over due I was told there were still two patients ahead of me. I sat down and waited another 15 mins, I then went and told the desk clerk to annotate my chart as not seen due to doctor availability. They didn't even offer to reschedule my appt. In fact they didn't even care that I would be seen. I am now without a prescription, PT referral and still in pain. Don't think I'll be returning.

The White Settlement facility is a convenient location. There is plenty of parking. It is always clean and sanitized. You will always see them cleaning the mirrors and equipment after a person has used it. When you walk in you will see the ladies smiling faces at the front desk. They are always professional, so kind and helpful. Tara is so wonderful. I speak to her more than anyone except doctor Trent my physical therapist. She is a complete sweetheart and never gets annoyed with me no matter how many times I call. If your therapist is assisting another patient. Do not worry Grayson is always there to help you with your therapy. He is very friendly and kind. He is even happy to get you a towel or some water if you need it. Dr. Trent is my physical therapist. He is the absolute best! He is professional, pleasant, friendly, very kind and definitely patient. Dr. Trent is extremely knowledgeable, so he is great at talking to you about a diagnosis, medical procedure, or medication. I like that he does not make you feel dumb when talking about the same. Also he is hands down greatest at modalities. I like all of the staff at Bonnette Elite Physical Therapy. I cannot say enough good things about Bonnette Elite Physical Therapy. I am recovering from a laminectomy surgery on my neck, and also I have lower back pain that was limiting my ability to enjoy my life. Since i began physical therapy at Green Oaks, I have had such a turnaround in my physical health. They have been so very patient with me and helped me during the loss of my mother by continuing to reach out and let me know they where there and waiting for me to be ready to come back resume my therapy and get better. Miss Jackie's phone calls and messages gave me a glimmer of hope during a time of grief. It also kept me in check reminding me that i had something i needed to finish in order to get better. When I came back, John's comical touch had me laughing my way into recovery, not just physically but emotionally. Haylee who I refer to as captain did her thing making sure I didn't have a huge gap in my sessions when I ran out of days like other places had and was able to take charge and work with my insurance and I didn't even skip a beat! And top Dog Andy watching over everyone, making sure everything runs smoothly gives me a sense of feeling safe in knowing i am in the rite hands. I went to Green Oaks Physical Therapy for herniated discs in my lower back and completed 13…read moresessions. During that time, I spent less than 15 minutes total with an actual physical therapist. I was never given a clear treatment plan--no explanation of goals, what the exercises were meant to accomplish, or how they would improve my condition. I also never received any meaningful evaluation of my progress. About halfway through, I brought in a new MRI and results, but they were never discussed. No adjustments were made to my treatment, and it didn't seem to impact my care at all. Most sessions consisted of me doing exercises on my own with little to no supervision. When there was oversight, it was usually from a student or aide--not a licensed PT. My pain levels were largely ignored, and I was repeatedly told to continue the same routine. I believe physical therapy can be helpful, but this experience felt impersonal and ineffective. I was essentially paying $428 per visit to do exercises I could have done at home. It felt more like a high-volume operation focused on moving patients through quickly rather than providing individualized care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Green Oaks Physical Therapy.

Their practice is extremely rare in that they see you in their own individual rooms, listen to your issues, work on you in there and sparingly have you doing exercises in a joint communal room, and even when that happens, it is spacious, not crowded and is quietly relaxing. The whole experience from start to finish is a rare experience of tranquility, relaxation and expertise (most are doctors) that keeps their focus entirely on you throughout the session without constant distractions from other PT's and clients. I have insurance, and they were able to verify my insurance before my first visit.  I did not have any long-drawn-out paperwork. after a few "get to know" questions, Dr. Olds was ready to get busy on the stubborn stress knots I had accumulated over months of starting a new job that is stressful with lots of driving around the metroplex.          When I first came to Dr. Olds' office, I could not breathe without feeling sharp pain under my shoulder blade. I was under the impression that the visit was for an all-over deep tissue massage. Instead, I received a deep tissue massage, but only on the most crucial area(s).       There is no waiting in a lobby. So when your appointment is at 9:00 am that means, You pull up in the lot (on time), click on the link (on your cell phone), and within seconds Dr. Olds opens the door to welcome you into his office bright-eyed with a smile.         I have been to Dr. Olds' office for four visits because I am very active, with work, college, a five-year-old, and a disabled husband. I had many areas to work out, but now I have none. I am most impressed how Dr. Olds and Baylee are personable, fun but more importantly, Dr. Olds is a good listener, and Baylee teaches me how to do the exercises that I can do independently at home. (although I do not have time)         Today Dr. Olds revealed his hidden talent (I did not know he had) when he adjusted my back and neck. The adjustments were AMAZING!         I look forward to the weekly visits with these two exceptional individuals regardless of the very little sleep I get from my busy life. Maybe the service is wonderful BUT I am going to comment on the scheduling…read more You do not go through the doctor or the doctor's office, you go through a company. Upon trying to get my benefits checked, I had to call them numerous times back and forth for information. Airrosti was using an "online checker" to verify my benefits and apparently it was not giving the correct information. When I would call my insurance company, they gave me a number for the Airrosti company to call to verify benefits instead of using the "online checker". The Airrosti company told me to three way call, but my insurance wasn't down with that. They gave me a direct line number for Airrosti to call. I was told by Airrosti that they would call and I would hear from them to schedule. A day went by and I heard nothing. I called the Airrosti company back and was told they left a note in my account to just do a three way, they were not going to call and verify my benefits. I tried! I tried really hard to use this doctor and to use this company, but it was too much of a hassle on my end unless you are willing to pay the $213 out right. So if you are using insurance, hopefully your experience is not nearly as frustrating as mine. If you are cash pay, I'm sure you can get right in and be seen!
