Two knee specialists, different clinics, different cities, told me there was no more treatment that would relieve the pain in my knees or improve my mobility. Both suggested knee replacement surgery for both knees. I was faced with an impossible situation. I am primary caregiver for my husband who suffers from advanced Parkinson's Disease. Mobility and falls are primary issues for him. I couldn't see any way I could care for him while a surgical patient. We happened to see an ad for this clinic, and thought it was worth a visit. I took my medical records for a consultation and came away convinced that stem cell injections would be a good course of treatment for me. Two weeks later I had amniotic stem cell injections in both knees. They gave me knee braces to wear a couple of weeks, 4 PT sessions, and addition injections of Hyalgan to lubricate the joints while the stem cells did their repair. After about a month I found I had no more pain. It's been almost 3 years, and I'm still pain free. I even took advantage of their Care Credit arrangement and paid for the treatment in 12 interest free payments. I'm so pleased I took a chance on the Neuropathy and Pain Clinic. We are at the tail end of the program and are glad that we took time for this program. We slacked on the daily exercises at home, but we still saw great progress in her emotional control and balance. It's definitely not a cheap program, but to us, investing in our child is worth more than any material things we could buy. So we are pleased with our results so far.

My son had to move in with his Dad this year, due to a terrible bullying situation at his school last year. I am now paying over $5000 for a service we can not use. I would not recommend this place to anyone who could possibly move after attending only class.

Scheduling and communication are two of the biggest negative changes - not sure why, actually, just based on recent experience with a surgeon's medical assistant and surgery scheduler. Our experience included not receiving return phone calls when promised, not honoring commitments to appointments as discussed, and these are things that we as patients can evaluate - as opposed to how great the surgery was.

It was late in the day so the staff was already gone , but without being asked, Emily had them copied the next morning and called me saying I could pick them up anytime. Also the billing people at Therapy Central spelled my name wrong on two of my bills, and the insurance said it was coded incorrectly. I have called three times and have been told by different representatives someone from billing will call me back and no one has called me back but the therapist. She has no idea about the billing department. I canceled last week because nobody has called me back and this issue and now they have charged my card again today for $150. I called and someone name OSHA said someone would call me back about my bill. I don't advise anyone to deal with this company at all. Now I'm being told the owner is on vacation and will get everything correct when he gets back. I will be reporting them to every review I can so others don't get scammed like we did. This is why people don't trust therapy!

However their office will blow up your phone with text and calls constantly about paperwork, and confirming. etc. They even text you at 7:00 a.m about things. It's a lot! Furthermore if you need MRI"s or treatment they only do it at Baylor Scott & White in Arlington on Highland. I will never go there again if that is the only place the doctors at Arlington Orthopedics can send patients to. If I thought that Arlington Orthopedics was bad about blowing up up your phone, Baylor is a thousand times worse especially when it comes to getting their money before your procedure! I received multiple calls and text from multiple people there daily wanting their money. We were waiting for our insurance to process claims from another procedure somewhere else where our deductible could be seen by Baylor. Still the day before my procedure they sent another text saying they have to have my payment tomorrow in all caps! What business does this? Even on the day of we had to sit in the business office and hash all this over again and again which made things very stressful before having a procedure. Lastly out of 2 visits there, I have only encountered one nice person. No one there cares about anything except getting your money. My advice is to think long and hard about Arlington Orthopedics if you think you may need an actual procedure and then you better have your money ready and your ducks in a row. Baylor Scott & White is very aggressive in getting their money. That's all that matters to them.
