If you need surgery you're a priority but after that, get in line. While some aspects of the practice are as good as they were 5-7 years, others have significantly eroded . Scheduling and communication are two of the biggest negative changes - not sure why, actually, just based on recent experience with a surgeon's medical assistant and surgery scheduler. Our experience included not receiving return phone calls when promised, not honoring commitments to appointments as discussed, and these are things that we as patients can evaluate - as opposed to how great the surgery was.

My experience with TMI began in 2016. Due to a motorcycle wreck in 2010, several things needed…read morerepair. It began with a knee replacement done by Dr Seroyer. went better than expected. Next issue was addressed by Dr Even. He has a great group, can't speak highly enough about both Dr Even and his PA Ambrosia. Amazing team. Couple years and I'm back with a hip replacement. Once again, Dr Seroyer does an outstanding job. Back on my feet in 2 weeks. Another 2 years roll by and again I need to see Dr Even. Had to have another fusion and they found a small cyst in L3. After recuperating I was good as new. My latest adventure was another spine issue and Dr Even and his team were just as professional as they were the other 2 times. Still recuperating from the last one. Over my 10 years experience, The Surgery skills and desire to get you up and going again are the best there is. As with all offices, changes have been made and sadly not all for the better. Thankfully, the team of Dr Even and Ambrosia are still intact and I would call them again tomorrow if my back needs work. If my other knee and hip need work, Dr Seroyer will get the call. There are issues getting to see the Drs due to schedules and as such, appointments are given to the doctors PA. Thank goodness Dr Even has an excellent PA with Ambrosia. Never worry about visit with them. They are the Best Drs around. That's the reason the PROs use Dr Meister, Dr Seroyer and Dr Even and I fully understand wht.

Dr. Hopkins was kind, thorough, reassuring, and listened to my desired outcomes and what was reasonable to me. He had a great sense of humor and a warm demeanor. Most importantly, he wasn't doing the "worst case scenarios" thing docs do, or pushing anything unneeded that I've experienced in the medical setting before. I left with an elevated mood because I felt that I best understood the situation, and Dr. Hopkins put me at ease. While I hope that I never lacerate my hand and break my bone again, if I do, I will absolutely go directly back to Dr. Hopkins and his team. For me, referrals, specialists and the idea of surgery is a scary thing, but I cannot say enough for how much I appreciated the approach of Dr. Hopkins. The UTA endorsement, as well as the UTA memoribila was a big plus, too!

However their office will blow up your phone with text and calls constantly about paperwork, and confirming. etc. They even text you at 7:00 a.m about things. It's a lot! Furthermore if you need MRI"s or treatment they only do it at Baylor Scott & White in Arlington on Highland. I will never go there again if that is the only place the doctors at Arlington Orthopedics can send patients to. If I thought that Arlington Orthopedics was bad about blowing up up your phone, Baylor is a thousand times worse especially when it comes to getting their money before your procedure! I received multiple calls and text from multiple people there daily wanting their money. We were waiting for our insurance to process claims from another procedure somewhere else where our deductible could be seen by Baylor. Still the day before my procedure they sent another text saying they have to have my payment tomorrow in all caps! What business does this? Even on the day of we had to sit in the business office and hash all this over again and again which made things very stressful before having a procedure. Lastly out of 2 visits there, I have only encountered one nice person. No one there cares about anything except getting your money. My advice is to think long and hard about Arlington Orthopedics if you think you may need an actual procedure and then you better have your money ready and your ducks in a row. Baylor Scott & White is very aggressive in getting their money. That's all that matters to them.

Two things that need to be clear right up front -…read more 1) Dr Rahman is one of the two or three best chiropractors I've ever seen. Dr Rahman is *extremely* skilled, and I recommend him very highly. finding a genuinely good chiropractor is next to impossible. Sadly there are more quacks out there than genuinely qualified, effective chiropractic docotrs. Dr Rahman is one of those rarities. 2) Dr Rahman as a person, and the experience of being treated by him is totally unconventional. This is not a bad thing at all. In a corporate controlled, homogenous world of sameness and well groomed odor free consumer amoeba who are trained to accept and desire this, many can only accept what they've been trained to understand. Dr Rahman defies expectations and convention in the best possible way. To wit: Most chiropractors have you come in, they might x-ray you, put you on a roller table, or apply heat. Then they adjust you and send you on your way. come back in a week or maybe two. Keep coming back weekly or bi-weekly until you're "better" whatever that might be. This is appropriate if you've been seriously injured. Otherwise, it's just someone cashing in. Dr Rahman completely blows all of that up. To begin with, Dr Rahman is blind. some will make automatic judgements based on this information. I ask those who would - have you considered that blind people are, in fact, far more sensitive than those with sight. Not just hearing, either. I have no doubt that Dr Rahman senses far more with his fingers and hands than other sighted chiropractors. The proof is in that he diagnosed a spinal curvature that all other chiropractors have missed, and this is a fair number of previous doctors. He was able to prove this assertion by demonstrating it with something my body was not doing, or doing poorly. I'm not just simply taking his word for it. Another unconventional aspect is the equipment he uses. He has various tables to allow the spine to lengthen and open up the vertebrae, as well as other methods and processes that make for the most effective adjustments I've ever had. It is very apparent that Dr Rahman genuinely cares and wants his patients to be well. He is a man of high integrity, and seeks to give those in his care the best treatment he can. Sure the office is a little funky. So what? I've been to spotless modern offices where the adjustments were a total waste of money. If you're more concerned with results, and most importantly, relief, then get over it. He uses equipment and methods you have *never* encountered before. Yes, I said never. I've lost count of the number of chiropractors I've seen in the last thirty-odd years, since an injury where I threw myself from a motorcycle. Dr Rahamn uses equipment and methods that are a first for me. And they are absolutely effective. He takes his time with you and makes sure he fully understands what is going on with your body. He did this with me and has corrected things all others have missed. Finally, he didn't do the usual 'come back in a week, then eventually every other week', etc. I have seen him twice and have received total relief from what sent me to him. Now I'm going back once amonth. And he's very affordable. My insurance isn't taken by his office, so it's out of pocket. The price is well within my budget, and only once a month. I can't recommend Dr Rahman enough. Yep, he is an unusual guy with an unusual bedside manner and unusual equipment. We need more doctors of all kinds like Dr Rahman. If we did, the world of health care would look *very* different, and vastly better if there were more doctors who blaze their own trail. TL;DR: No, there isn't one. Go get an attention span. Now call and make a freaking appoinment already.
