She did this for all clients and throughout my treatments; Giselle is a very nice 'first face' to the group. * superb therapist - Tiffany Montes is very observant, making sure I did the exercises correctly; explained the exercise clearly and demonstrated how to do them; and worked well with my decisions about the treatments and how I was feeling at that moment. * calm atmosphere - the entire group interact well and are calm. I was referred to Longevity Physical Therapy by my orthopedist eight months after sustaining a dislocated kneecap. My therapist, Giovanna, guided me through exercises I was able to do, giving me the courage to use my knee more to strengthen it and its surrounding muscles. I experienced many breakthroughs throughout the four months of therapy and at-home exercises I was assigned to, the exercises increasing in difficulty as my knee became stronger. There were even evaluations that showed how much my knee had progressed! Giovanna was attentive to detail, patient in showing and correcting me through exercises, and open to any questions or concerns I had about my knee and exercises. Plus, the receptionists, Liv and Sabrina, were very friendly and happy to answer any questions and explained the next steps while waiting for insurance approval. I don't think I would be back to my regular recreational activities without Longevity! I'm forever grateful for Giovanna and the rest of the team at Longevity! :)

I have tried everything to get substantive relief. I was getting really frustrated and tired of being in pain all the time, and nothing was working. Out of frustration I decided to try physical therapy outside of the physical therapists my work comp would pay for, and I contacted Elite Concepts where I paid on my own. I'm so glad I did! Leslie really took the time to look into my specific pain. Through some trial and error we worked through my symptoms. She really seemed to care. She would contact me throughout the week to see how my symptoms were. We worked together to figure out a specific treatment as it related to me. Over about a month and a half I made more progress working with Leslie than I have made in over two-years, going to everyone I could to try to get relief. Then I found Jera, and in the first consultation she identified the source of my problems and helped me! After the first appointment, I was amazed, and by the second appointment I was almost totally pain-free. Jera has a very positive, practical approach to healing and explains things in a way that makes sense. She provided me very simple exercises to help maintain my improvements, and I also found that I can use the exercises when my knee gets tweaked and I'm "restored" like magic! I went in to address a gradual decline that over the years started to affect my ability to exercise and finally even walk. I left able to walk, jump, run, and dance! What's more, the improvements have sustained...it's been 1.5 years since my last appointment and I haven't had any issues. She told me pelvic floor issues also cause foot and jaw pain, which has also been relieved when I regularly do the stretching and exercises she taught me. Recently I saw Dr. Lizette who is helping me with shoulder pain issues. I'm feeling some relief already. Dillon is one of their assistants / trainers who worked with me on the exercises Dr. Lizette recommended. Seems like a great guy who took his job seriously and made sure I was using the correct form.
