Small little shopping area with a few stores. It's not exactly a plaza or mall, more like a handful of shops just happen to be adjacent to each other with some common parking area in front, just off Isla Verde Ave. read more

Came during the week on a Tues and it was not too crowded, which was a welcome treat as I do not like shopping malls at all (nor shopping in general). I really enjoyed this mall, though, as it has a bit of everything including some non USA stores. Mall doesn't look like much from the outside and you cannot tell (at least from our entrance) that it looks like a mall until you get outside. Very clean, upscale, and has something for everyone.

Regrettably my Spanish sucks, and thankfully many of the staff were bilingual and made it easy for me to communicate with them. Had a great time, took a beach break and did a little splurge shopping! Altho I wish to find instant coffee but in Puerto Rico they don't sell it, which I have learned in time lol..! I was in awe with this place but I have just landed & I need to go to my hotel to rest & plan my visit. I did end up buying some more coffee on my way back to New York City & wished I should have get it from a local store! I actually forgot & end up paying a higher price! Place is so magical, loved the colors & cultural items so much ! Prices were ridiculously higher & I expected it already, it's being inside the airport! Customer service was great, still dreaming to go go back to Puerto Rico____

Dead center is the flea market and behind the flea market is the opening to the beach The flea market has an inviting front vendor called indice or indicepr serving up whole hog lechon, finally got my fix of lechon where they offer the skin, I will review this vendor later in detail, inside the canopy's there are small vendors, churrasco types, guacho types, honey, pastries, hand rollled cigar makers onsite, jewelry makers and several other vendors under this fairly large tent Very interesting spot to hit up when your in the area, again first Sunday of the month not every Sunday Try this place out you may find something you need or want Price - depends on what your buying food was moderately priced Service ***** Ambiance *****

It was fun browsing the aisles & discovering local treats to try during my trip. The deli section was my fave part w/ cold cuts available to order, freshly baked bread,cakes/cookies,& prepared salads.Unfortunately, the experience there was a bit disappointing. The employee helping me took quite a while,& my cold cuts I ordered were sliced all the way wrong. Other than that, the store was well-stocked, clean,& offered fairly decent prices. While the deli service could def use some improvement, I'd still recommend stopping by if you're looking to explore local Puerto Rican snacks & specialty items you won't easily find elsewhere. My AIRBNB was close by so I visited this location numerous times. Their homemade tres leches cake was to die for.Creamy, moist, each bite melted in my mouth, just the right amount of sweetness w/ whipped cream & a cherry on top. A must try!
I had a very disappointing experience at the customer service desk at Pueblo Ciudadela Santurce…read more I asked for a stamp in English. After assisting me, two employees began talking to each other about customers who speak English in Puerto Rico. They commented that if someone lives in Puerto Rico, they should speak Spanish, and questioned why people speak English if they already know Spanish. These remarks were made while I was standing there and appeared to be directed at me. I found their comments unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate for customer service employees. Customers should feel welcome and treated with courtesy regardless of whether they choose to communicate in English or Spanish. Puerto Rico is a bilingual community, and no customer should feel judged or mocked for the language they use. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds employees to treat all customers with respect and professionalism.

I and about 4 other individuals where left in the lobby for an hour and a half before I was ushered to the counter. I was told that my reservation was only good for one hour after waiting 2 hours for them to wait on me. The manager, Hector, was very smug and said since my reservation was not good that he could provide me a larger car for over a hundred % of the price confirmed when I reserved the car on Feb 4. It seemed that the others waiting had a similar experience. Do not use this business. I will be coping this email to the better business bureau, corporate office and travelocity that I booked thru.
