My first visit to this dispensary was a mixed experience. The good: super friendly and helpful staff, no wait, unusually efficient set up (separate line for people who placed online orders; first time I've ever seen that), good selection. The bad: I went because I received a postcard for $10 off in the mail. The budtender told me I couldn't use my postcard because the items I was buying were already on sale. Nowhere on the postcard just say that. In fact, the only information on the postcard is the expiration date. What I bought was on sale for $2.50 off, so it would've been much cheaper if it had been full price and I'd been able to use my $10 off. First and last visit. read more

I had a great first experience at Green Point Wellness. Being new to the entire medical marijuana world, I was a little intimidated entering this facility. It was all for nothing, bc the team at Green Point eased my concerns instantly. Once you enter the building, you are led to the front desk where two receptionists take your card and your information, and have you fill out a brief form. From there you take a seat and wait for one of their staff to call you back, almost as if you're at a doctor's appointment. Once in the back, that person is your person and helps guide you through the entire buying experience. The actual store part of the building is really clean, and the staff is really nice. Green Point has all different strands of marijuana, edibles, and oils. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Green Point & and I'll be using them as my new local dispensary for all of my health related needs. read more

Purchased a .5 gram vap That broke on the second use. Manager told me since it wasn't broke out of the package it was my fault,however he would give a discount on today's purchase which he didn't do. No complaints. I was in town and wanted a few edibles for my visit. I saw they had a few single serve caramels on their website. I feel like the processes to get into the weed is a little slow, but not terrible, part of that is coming from the PNW process. They are pretty lax back home and its pretty easy to go in and visit around. After you get in the place is huge. It looks like they are expanding within the building quite a bit, but not positive. The staff was friendly, the prices were about on par for most places I visit. It feels like early Washington legalization, which makes sense. Recreation has only been going since July. I would love to check these guys out in a year when they have a little more freedom and juice around them. read more

Waste of time. I've come to the dispensary since rec open in July and always loved everything. Today I went at 9:10 and the man at the front door told me that rec didnt start until 10:00. Which I forgot about and that's fine. I went out and waited in my car for almost an hour to come back in and now the man is telling me that their system has been down all day and it could be several hours before it's back up. Why would you make me wait an hour in front of your establishment to tell me that when you just said it's been the case since y'all open doors today. Wasted my time for absolutely nothing. Been here twice and both of my experiences have been less than lovely. Customer service kind of really sucks and everyone at this location is rude and dismissive. One word answers, cutting you off while you're speaking, and sometimes not speaking to you at all other than calling your name and telling you how much your bill is. The med room is cramped and tiny, which doesn't make sense being as though the building is pretty damn big... Green Point in itself isn't bad (as a customer at least. I have heard horror stories from former employees but that is another story for another day) because i LOVE the laurel location, but no longer live in that area so that location is not as accessible. This place is good if you want cheap shake, but otherwise i would go to another place with nicer people and more space. I also want to add that they have listed here that masks are required and that staff wear masks. Neither of those things are happening. Every employee that i saw on my recent visit had nothing on, and they were not requiring anyone else to. Do what you want, I just dont like false advertising. read more
