Kinda long lines but that's to be expected considering there aren't many dispensaries around here. Location is convenient but the parking lot isn't very big (this was formerly a bank). Staff is nice and personable. The person checking me out noticed that my birthday had recently passed and wished me a happy belated birthday, which was nice. First time orderers receive a 30% discount, and second time receive 20%. I can't speak on the pre rolls or any of that as I just got edibles to help with sleeping issues I've been having. I'm new to this so the prices seem fine to me, but I have nothing to compare it to. When you walk in, you're in a fairly small lobby and need to show your ID to the front desk person. The Good: The geographic location is good (more on that below), convenient to I-95 and centrally located in Harford County. The dispensary often runs specials and has a rewards program (set up an account online!). Pricing is average, but I would never purchase anything here unless they were running a promotion for at least 20% off. They sometimes run promotions for more than 25% or even more than 30% (i.e., 4/20). They generally have a good product selection, although some products are not consistently available due to grower/producer issues (so I've heard explained to folks who call in by phone). Employees are generally friendly. The Bad: While the geographic location is good, the actual physical location is terrible. TERRIBLE. This dispensary is located in a former bank, and they utilize the drive-thru facility in the back for medical patients only (per state law). However, the layout of the parking, driveway, and line up for medical patients is terrible. Parking is extremely limited. People double-park often and end up blocking points in the driveway, making it difficult to enter, exit, park, and maneuver around. I try and time my visits at non-peak hours, but I cannot remember a visit where there was not some kind of parking/driving issue on the property. The waiting room can only accommodate 10 people or so, so you are often having to line up outside and wait to be brought in - very unpleasant during the colder months. The waiting room itself is satisfactory. The main gripe is that the dispensary's website allows you to preorder online. This should be a good thing, right? However, there is NO BENEFIT to the customer who does this - i.e., you are not expedited past non-medical patients who chose to not preorder, so there is no time savings for the customer who preordered. Rather, the benefit is to the 1) employee who does not have to do any consulting with you or make any recommendations regarding product selection, but must merely grab your (hopefully correctly selected/packed) order from the back and ring you up; and 2) other customers who didn't preorder and move through the line faster because you did. This system needs to be changed before I consider returning. read more

Today is my last day buying from here. Been a customer for some months now. The deals brought me back but that is all. When it comes to the front customer service, they handle the customers very well. When it comes to the back customer service where you get your products, the workers are very slow, they do not move with a sense of urgency, especially during the drive thru experience. This place sucks. The staff are a bunch of fake narcissists. Allowing me to use a card that she knew the machine don't take. Then after it's declined a few times tells me it doesn't except that card. I said well it would have been nice if I was told that before I tried using it. Then another bud tender sticks her nose in it to make a comment to the manager who is now present, cause only God knows why she just couldn't take the one item off and ring up a cheaper one like I had asked twice. Instead making condescending comments and embarrassed me in front of everyone that was in the store. Then as the tender is literally shaking cause she has mental issues or is smoking too much weed or not enough. Then I said to the manager I don't understand the issue right now, I told her what I was working with and instead of hearing me and understanding me she rang me up and then hit me with it has to be rounded up to $10??? And then after watching me try multiple times, then informs me the machine won't take the card. Then proceeds to tell me I'm wigging out when I asked what is the issue and why couldn't they do this right in the first place.??? I'm then told to leave and now they gonna gate keep the weed??? Telling me to go somewhere else, then I yell loud and show them what wigging out was, just a few shouts and pointing out the fact that they don't know how to talk to people and they attacked me right away and basically was talking down on me like I'm some guy who's broke and can't afford it. Then to top it off, called the police on me after I left so I got the police showing up to my door over a 1/8 of weed they just couldn't just sell me. They had to cause an entire scene. It's discrimination the way they made the comment cause my card declined. And then gaslighting me and telling me I'm gaslighting them??? Haaaaaa I don't think so. I would never buy my weed from a dispensary ever again. I'm sticking to the street where the good bud guys appreciate their customers and are real human beings. Not this fake ass wanna bee bud tenders.. please, they don't even know wtf they're even talking about. The worse customer service Ever!!!!! Screw this place!!!! Ask around and find good people. Boycott all dispensaries especially this one!!! I give it negative 5 stars.. and this wasn't my first time in this same store with the same type of incompetence. It's a sad world we live in when ya can't just buy something you want without being labeled or treated stereotyped... I'm sick of it. Tired of seeing that 1 star review for this place. They are definitely not that. MJ patients/customers can be so extremely spoiled sometimes it's kind of crazy. Anyways, been coming here for a while since I moved. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, with great med product. Tons of discounts/sales/etc. so prices are good to comparable to other similar places. Wait times are probably high at peak hours on weekends/rush hour time, but they have special med hours and yall are about to get legal MJ, hold your horses and RELAX... This place has gotten a lot better over the years. But something different has got to be put in place to get people in and out. First negative. Is the waiting area. It is a small waiting room with only holding 10 people tops. Secondly. I think it is not right when you have a waiting room full to the max with people and a line outside in the cold. Then they allow med patients to go straight back with NO wait. I get it. But your money is just as good as theirs. And lastly. they are SUPER SUPER SLOW! If you gotta be somewhere. Your best bet is to go elsewhere. Cause you're going to spend anywhere from 45 mins to a hour here. Just waiting to be seen. Lastly. It's a good place with good products. And people are very nice. I have been a customer of enlighten in Abingdon MD for 1 year and have had good experiences overall however i was looking at the website to place an order and I checked the hours of operation and it stated that from 9 to 10 AM on Monday Wednesday and Friday was for seniors so I placed my order online and I received confirmation that my order was ready for pick up.I arrived at the dispensary at 9:40 AM. Wednesday morning I am a senior 69 years of age however I was informed that the senior hour was only for medical customers and was turned away and told to come back later. The website makes no mention of being for medical customers only. After I returned to my car I thought about the situation, I went back online and canceled my order and drove to another dispensary. I will think twice about shopping here again in the future! read more

Last week I came here to make a purchase, after having my ID checked, I was told that since my birthday is coming up in a few days I could come back to the store the day of and get a free preroll. I Quote, "As long as you come in on the day of you get one free preroll." Well 4 days later, I come in on my birthday and tell them I'm here for the free joint I was promised 4 days prior. I was then told, "we literally had a meeting 2-3 days ago, and for you to get the preroll now, you have to buy something first." Meanwhile there's a waiting room PACKED full of people. That's not even to mention the insane prices, low quality flower, fake/nonexistent pictures on their website, it's like rolling the dice and 75% of the time you lose and the bud is hard as a rock and old feeling anyway with that and all the other ways this place rips you off, this was the last straw for me. So after spending probably thousands at this place out of convenience because it's 5 minutes down the road, one preroll just lost them 3-4 customers and I'm sure they will continue to disappoint the new customers that replace us. read more
