The girl who did my massage was sweet. However, the language barrier was SO severe that I couldn't communicate with her important things like areas to focus on, pressure, etc. The room was secluded, but there were no doors, just sliding barriers, so you could hear employees talking outside, which killed the ambiance. I was shocked when I arrived to the room and all that was provided was a very small white towel. No sheet. No blanket. I was so confused. I had never been to a space that didn't at least provide a sheet. There was also no pillow, just a cheap towel outlining the space for your head. I struggled to get comfortable as there was no padding for my face. The massage itself wasn't terrible, which is why I give two stars. Had I paid something like $50 bucks for it I would have said hey, you get what you pay for. However, the pricing is somewhat close to what you can get elsewhere for a much better experience. If I were to come back I would avoid the full body massage and stick to a foot massage!

I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.
