First, I want to say that the esthetician who owns this business is a very kind and lovely lady. The customer service was in no way the problem. I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her. read more

This facial left my skin feeling so smooth and I have the best glow. She didn't ask me what my problem areas are she just thoroughly scanned my face and figured it out. She did a specific treatment to help. She gave me care advice and she genuinely cared about the well being of my skin. The price is unbeatable. My only concern because I am a germ freak, was that she put a pillow under my knees and it didn't have a cover on it so it stressed me out about everything else. read more

She will berate you if you pick at your skin, she spends 20 minute out of the 60 minute allotted time putting creams on your face, then the rest of the time she's on her phone so you can "rest." Go else where with your money, totally not worth it and would never recommend this place. read more

I received a 90 min facial for Mothers Day. To be honest, it's difficult for me to find the time to take care of myself, but my daughter had made the appt. Ok. I need it. I was greeted by Elena right on time. She has a cute perfect space in the garage. We chatted for a few moments. She gave me a robe and I changed in private. Elena came back in and did a warm wax dip and wrap on my hands. Once on the table she did my feet as well. It was all bliss from there. This was beyond just a facial. It was a great face, neck and shoulders treatment. The naturals products were evident by the smell. Also by the fact I didn't break out after. The hand and arm massage was what I needed since I work so hard in my yard. It feels like the nerves are relieved. My skin feels so much better. I will definitely be back. I've had two facials now in the last two months and I definitely plan to make it a monthly self care activity. Elena is incredibly sweet and welcoming, and I instantly feel relaxed when I enter her treatment room. She has beautiful music playing and it's very clean and cozy. I fell asleep during my last facial because she's that good! She just has a gentle but thorough and nurturing touch and really knows what she's doing.
