This has to be one of the most welcoming environments with the greatest group of people! My family randomly started going a few months ago and before I know it the manager is offering to teach us a few things. My daughter (high schooler) took to it and fell in love. The men and women of Green Room have taken her under their wing, showing her the ropes and giving her support. She joined the league night and she's always welcome. As a parent, it's incredible to see your child get support from strangers that become like family. It's a great fun spot for shooting pool or just hanging out. There's a mixture of ages and everyone makes you feel welcome. Beers are cheap, $4 for a domestic and $5 for import. Mixed drinks are only $7.50 and a double is still under $10. They don't have food but they are more than happy to let you order delivery. I highly recommend. Pool tables are nice, love that the pool hall is spacious however the female bartender needs work... I asked for vodka soda splash of cran, and I was watching her make my drink, she accidentally pressed the button for what I assume is root beer, instead of cranberry, and then proceeded to realize her mistake and press the cranberry button. She obviously realized her mistake and proceeded to hand me my drink like nothing was wrong, when handing me my drink, eye contact was not present even though I know she saw me watching her make it. This was also the second time she had done this. The first time I knew something was off as the drink tasted horrible. I didn't say anything the first time but then realized why it tasted off the second time. Forgot to mention, I'm a bartender myself! I would never do that to my guests, not to mention their counts are way off and the price of the drinks do not warrant the small amounts of liquor. read more

I come here to practice pool and this is a pretty good place. The female bartender that has been working when I come in is very friendly. Prices for food are a little high for the area but it's good quality. Pool prices are reasonable and tables are in decent condition. The bartender will walk around to the tables every so often to check with you which is more than I had expected. All in all, it's a good place to shoot some pool and have a drink. read more

The Green Room is a nice little pool room with about 15 9-foot tables. It is easily located on Quaker Highway in Uxbridge, MA in the Blackstone Valley in Southern Worcester County. It is a quiet place to shoot and also houses a Worcester County TAP League on Tuesday nights. The bar serves a basic beer selection. They used to serve food, but no longer offer it. It is a good place to practice on Saturday afternoons or a hop, skip & a jump for a quick game of Pool at night. read more

Me and two on my friends were trying to find a place to spend a couple of hours on Christmas Eve and there were no places open around Worcestor. I found this place online and went there. I would say it was luckily the best place we went in the recent time. I love these kind of local places which are old and simple. Pool tables costs you just $5 an hour. Ah, the Green Room. As my boyfriend hails from Uxbridge, this is his local watering hole, and his sister often asks us to come round for a game of pool. This really is a locals bar. Cheap brews, good pool, the normal. Spartan's Pizza is next door, and you can order chicken fingers, pizza, and the like, and they'll bring it over for you to munch on. Just keep on the bartenders to get your food, I had to wait about 45 minutes. They also have a cocktail girl walking around to get you drinks if you would like instead of going to the bar and ordering, which is a nice touch. The bathroom is clean, but it's a little wonky, only one toliet! Really annoying, when all of the local barely 21 drinkers (yes, it happens, read between the lines) are in there gossiping about whatever in front of the mirror when you need to pee. Cops are called often, and you may see a waitress/bartender asking for your ID after the fact to protect themselves. All in all, not a bad bar. read more

3$ to play pool, cheap drinks, not a bad way at all to have a decent time on a budget. On the weekend they have live music and a dancing area. Only downside is I've heard there are a decent amount of fights after midnight as a wild, local, young crowd dominates most of the bar. I've never stayed that late so I haven't witnessed any of it. They also play good music. If you are into pool, I'd recommend bringing your own stick as most of them are warped as hell. read more

Been going to the green room for years not frequently but on occasion. They have well priced drinks and like 12 pool tables, they also have food I think it's a little high in price but the foods alright. Pool tables and building is a little run down but seriously for the prices its fine with me because it's not like a professional billard Hall. It's a great place to have a few drinks and practice pool and hang out with friends! Checked out this place for the 1st time in a while a couple weekends ago. Good selection of beers friendly bartenders nice pool tables... atmosphere is horrible though. There were a few people at the bar which looks under construction so we couldn't get a good look at what they had for hard alcohol. No where comfortable to sit at bar or at tables. The worst is the smell of the place. We were immediately hit with the odor of urine when walking in which is clear to be coming from the bathroom as you make your way further in. Bathrooms weren't unclean but the smell was enough to make us leave after one drink. Might check it out again but only if I'm in the area. read more

I went to the Green Room tonight 10/26/2013, there was a Halloween party going on and the atmosphere was great! Everyone was having a great time and the band playing was awesome! Great music, tons of pool tables so the wait to play was not long at all. While playing pool I was greeted by an adorable waitress who made my time there very enjoyable. She was very attentive and sweet to us and was always checking up on us to see if we needed anything. We felt very welcomed as if it was our own home town bar. We got the impression that she genuinely cared about our time there and overall made our evening! I went to the bar for a few drinks and did not receive the same courtesy from these two girls. They didn't seem very happy to be there and seemed as if they were too busy. I would totally give this bar 5 stars if they changed the bartenders, or maybe I caught them on a bad night. I can see me and my wife attending again in the near future! I highly recommend! read more
