Terrible The worst…read moredive bar in Rhode Island. You walk in this place and the whole bar of local yocals stare at you. No one is speaking in the place with a full bar. No music or TV noise as well. WHAT THE HELL KIND OF BAR IS THIS? Who goes to a bar to not speak to anyone? I was confused. I had to whisper to the people I was with because we felt like we were disturbing people. Let me say this again, "we're in a bar but no one is speaking." The only saving grace was the poor bartender that had to endure this hell was pretty good looking so I just looked at her while I drank 1 drink and immediately left. I feel like I am a pretty good judge of a dive bar since I frequent them very often. This was one if the worst bars I have ever gone to. The irony of the whole experience is that as we're leaving, some loser started playing the jukebox and played that horrible hillbilly overplayed song, "I Love This Bar." What does he love????? If you like sitting home alone in a quiet room drinking Bud until you pass out, then you'll love Spritzers. It's the same atmosphere. Awful

Definitely a locals bar, you get some stares if you aren't a regular but we were with friends both times that go there sometimes so wasn't too bad. The service is okay, not great. They definitely take care of the regulars first. The food we had both times was really good and prices very reasonable. If I lived in the area would probably be a regular but probably wouldn't stop without local friends.

So, I was understandably hesitant about a new bar moving into what was considered by many to be hallowed ground. Since I walk by it on my way home from work, I decided to stop in soon after it first opened to see what it was like. And now I am a regular and it's one of my favorite watering holes in the city. Super cool atmosphere, with tons of horror movie memorabilia on the walls. A couple of pinball machines ( including a brand new Evil Dead one which is really sweet), and neat liitle outback area for nicer days. They also occasionally have music and drag shows inside, and in the summer months cool shows outside in the parking lot next door. You can also grab a grilled cheese or a hot dog from Puggles Grilled Cheese most days of the week if you're feeling peckish. And my favorite thing... PICKLEBACKS.... !!!! All the drinks are cheap and they have a good selection of beers and ciders. Maybe most importantly, the owners Jeff and Courtney are absolutely lovely people who really understood keeping the locals vibe of the E & O era but also being it's own thing. Definitely support this great establishment.

Obviously she…read morehas a great personality- but she just knows how to make the perfect drink and keep everyone comfy while they kick back and unwind. My sister and I stopped in to have some drinks while I was in town. Perfection Plenty of options to choose from and a great variety. I stuck with my old faithful: raspberry vodka with grapefruit and cranberry. Soooo good! I know everyone says the storefronts on Main St are small, but it did not feel like it once we got inside. The layout is nice and clean and makes it so easy for conversation to flow. There was the bar, hightops and a low sitting conversation area. Plenty of space to mingle with your friends. We were able to get a medium size charcuterie board too and it was slammin!! Not to mention that my boy loved picking at the popcorn we got as soon as we were seated along with the table-top games. I'm so excited for Elayna to have this place and even more excited for US as consumers to have a place to chillax and just be. I look forward to going there again! What else I loved was the fact that you could order from a neighboring food restaurant and eat while having a drink. Most places don't let you bring in outside stuff, but Elayna gave us her recommendations and we ate some Thai food from a few doors down. You've gotta go and check it out!
