We highly recommend Fabiano and team for any concrete or wood project. They recently replaced 750ft of deck due to 25 years of wood rot. Their bid was competitive and we decided to move forward with them to provide the service. They were punctual, clean, and did tremendous work. We couldn't have been happier with the results. Fast forward a couple months and we were ready to redo our entire front yard landscaping. We had Green San Diego provide an estimate and again chose them to do the work, partly because their bid was competitive, but mostly because we were so pleased with the cement work they had previously completed. We had some ideas of what we wanted to do with the yard and presented those to Fabiano for consideration. He understood the general idea of what we wanted to do and provided us a referral to a great landscape designer (Abel) who helped us finalize the plans down to the very last detail in CAD renderings, including all plant types, hardscapes, watering needs, and lighting placement. This was a little extra expense, but it was WELL worth the investment. They started the job within about 2 weeks and the entire project was complete 2 weeks after that. Fabiano and his team are exceptionally hard workers and communicated effectively with us throughout the project, just making sure everything being done was to our liking and desire. We are SO happy with the final results and it has made the curb appeal of our house so much better. The final price tag came in just slightly above our estimate, but only because we opted to upgrade a couple items along the way.
