I had ordered 3 doors from Masonite, in which Materials Direct is listed as a dealer. Two of the doors were in stock (2 week delivery time), but whomever placed the order (either Paul or Matt) forgot to tell BWI (the company who was providing them the doors) to send them ahead of the 3rd door, which was due in 4-6 weeks. I got one door. Another door was the wrong size. After a week of being told it was on the delivery truck, it never arrived. The special order door never left the factory either. I gave up and did get my money back. This company apparently builds homes and my small order must've been a nuisance for them. I ended up ordering 8 doors from Burke's in Oswego and their customer service was fabulous. Materials Direct is an avoid.
