Brought it in. They asked for the receipt which I didn't have and explained this was a late Xmas gift from my mother and she didn't have the receipt. They refused to return the generator which they agreed looked brand new still. They checked my account and saw the extensive purchases I've done here and it didn't matter to them. I also had over $200 in items during this trip to purchase I told them that I rarely if ever return a item and that if they weren't willing to work with me I'd quit shopping here. Needless to say they could've cared less. I did not purchase a single item, cancelled another item I had on order and will never return here. Very poor customer service.

We went back to Webbs and Denise saved our project, worked with us and her suppliers to deliver as promised. She called us when she set eyes on our Swanstone walls and we arranged a pick up.
