Call again and got ahold of a technician and was told he was near us but forgot his tools so he had to drive across town to get them. He offered to do the service for free but I should of said no. I waited another hour which was more then fair to get across town and back. At this point we were 2.5 hours from the initial call and surprise they didn't show. Called again and was told they just weren't coming anymore due to an emergency. I would of been fine if at the beginning they told me they weren't able to do the job but no they strung me on for almost 3 hours. All my grocery will now have to be thrown away and had my wife who is 8 months pregnant gone into labor we would of had no way to get to the hospital because of this terrible company.
