My husband and I are looking for a cabin for a weekend house. We want to get away from the city and and have some quiet times in the woods to explore with our toddler. I fell in love with one online and scheduled to see it. The listing agent (Connie) had her colleague show it to us. When we first pulled up we were disappointed that there wasn't much privacy and there were close neighbors on either side (both blaring music when we arrived). Not a great start, but tried to keep an open mind and looked at the inside of the house. The outside was adorable, but when looking inside, it looked far more dated than in the photos. We quickly realized that this wasn't going to be the cabin in the woods we were looking for. The realtor who showed it to us (Rebecca), was not engaging at all. She didn't ask us where we were looking, what we were looking for, how long we've been looking, or anything to indicate she would be someone we would want to work with in the future. She asked to send me more listings. Based on our interaction, I politely said no thank you, and that I look at places coming up online all the time in a few different areas so she didn't need to send me more listings. About an hour later I received a ve aggressive text message from the listing agent that she was appalled that we would waste a realtors time on a Sunday if we didn't have intentions of buying. We are interested in buying if it's the right place, but we simply didn't like the house or the realtor. I wouldn't have driven three hours out of our way with a toddler if we weren't interested. Being rude and aggressive is not the way to gain prospective clients. UPDATE: The owner of the company reached out right away to address my concerns. I was delayed in getting him the screenshots of the text exchange with the realtor. I finally did and he did very quickly take the time to provide a thoughtful response. I have never been so dissatisfied with a so called service in my life. Two agents worked with me and either one of them could close the deal, even after I had done all the leg work that is the job of a real estate agent. Don't waste your time , I wish I didn't. 5 stars isn't enough for the work Jennifer D. From the green team did to sell our home in about an hour and a half. 1st by sitting with us and explaining everything in full detail. "1st time selling a house". 2nd by telling us how to get our house ready to put on the market "staging" without spending a lot of money. Me and my boyfriend had a terrible experience with this real estate agency. We are both 22, trying to look for a place to rent and we feel that we were not taken seriously. We were not seen as important or a valuable customer. The real estate agent that we had never communicated with us and she was very slow with responses. We met with one of their agents to list our home. She walked through and disparaged everything she saw. We were baffled why she was so insulting. Our home is worth half a million dollars, and she criticized nail holes. As a result, we went with the Rand Realty, who loved our home, and sold it pronto. read more

Had the most Horrible experience, I was going through a Divorce and Mr,Geoff Green was allegedly related to the ex-wife`s attorney so when it came time to deal with me he had an opinion. From our very first conversation on the phone, he had taken a defensive approach. Mr.Green made an already traumatic situation in my life even more stressful. He had even gotten on the phone and started yelling at me how he was doing me a favor by selling my house and working on getting it sold, I had to explain to him I didn`t hire you my ex and her attorney did and I only agreed to it because my attorney said it would help move things along faster and would be a little less stressful. well, that wasn`t the case.Mr.Green got even more upset with me when he presented me a short sale offer for, approximately $18,000 and I was unsure of if I would have to pay the difference on a $319,000 house.ultimately Mr. green handed me over to another agent when he realized he was too close to this sale. Well, do to the fact our relationship broke down the house foreclosed. All I can say is the Green Team was the puke team when it came to me, I would never suggest them to my worst enemy.Mr. Green need sensitivity training when it comes to divorce situations or not deal with them at all. read more

This is in response to Ryan's review. That's not what happened at all. She called me on a Saturday night saying she wanted to see one of my listings the next morning. I was out of town so I scrambled making several phone calls to find someone to show her the house. Rebecca agreed and spent half her Sunday driving to this house in a remote location and showing her the house. Rebecca said she offered to send them other listings and they were aloof and disinterested. When I followed up with Ryan, she said "we're not interested in buying a house, we just were curious what this one looked like." Instead of being gracious and thanking Rebecca for volunteering half her Sunday showing them a house "she just was curious about," she goes on Yelp and writes a bad review about her and I. I'm not sure what better service we could have provided. They asked to see a house on short notice and Rebecca and I obliged. read more

they try to make you sign a contract to buy real estate very pushy and the houses on the market they have are more money than market asks. I went to your office in Warwick it was one of the owners family members he was very pushy for me to sign a contract for buying a home which was a total turnoff and i find it very unprofessional i would never use your service. I am a professional myself and i am very honest in my postings. His name was Geoffe the owner. I keep getting messages and getting harassed by Mr. Geoffe Green and this is the same exact reason why i walked out of his office and didn't sign a contract to BUY a house not sell a house buy a house he actually makes you sign a contract to use only the Green team exclusively. He also uses a line to sellers would u want to have A TEAM of realtors working for you. The homes he puts on the market are overpriced. I feel that he is very unprofessional for persisting on continually contacting me and very argumentative. I will not respond to what ever he writes because he is wanting to argue. read more

Though Geoff Green tried diligently to fix a few major issues created by his contractors Denise and Alexandra, in the end he failed. They received $3000 in commission, and then stopped answering their phones. The house I moved into was a mess, the company doesn't communicate well with each other and they flat out don't do their jobs. Geoff told me that his contractors failed, even after telling me they were two of his best and this never should have happened. It took five extra days(that I was paying for) to actually move into the house before it was ready. Geoff and his team accused me of being on drugs, threatened to call the police for harassing them(asking them to do their jobs), and finally a man named David Sierra, I believe, threatened to physically fight me. Geoff illegally recorded phone calls towards the end of this debacle to capture my anger, which he thought would make my case look bad. I would attempt to dissuade anyone from using this company as they are swindlers and cheaters. Here's a hint, if your agents do their job incorrectly and then the owner comes to see you in person, that owner knows they screwed up and they'd rather fix the mistake than get into a messy fight. Geoff did exactly that, and we chatted, but mostly he was blowing smoke up my ass, inquiring about my availability to work for him in the future, but never attempted to make anything right for the plethora of screw ups his company committed besides way too many "I'm sorry this happened" and "As a landlord myself, this would be unacceptable." He passed the buck to the previous homeowners instead of owning up to mistakes and making thins right. He made me wait and wait and wait and tried to paint me as an asshole, when in reality all documentation shows their company failed to render services in the proper manner. Rather than be a human and a good business owner, he has decided to pay lawyer fees. read more
