This is the only weed shop in town I'll use. This isnt the largest or brightest of weed shops in Tacoma.. but it's got great selection, good prices and and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. However, in times of the Covid-19 Plague, this is one of the only business in town that seem to be taking the epidemic straight seriously. They limit shoppers to 3 at a time in store.. They have gloves.. some masks... ropes keep people away from counter and display cases.. they have lots of hand sanitizer.. signs ask shoppers not to touch anything.. It is profoundly disappointing to see such a prime location squandered by a staff that treats a retail floor like a Police Interrogation Room. Customers seeking peace and a respectful, private experience are instead met with invasive, boundary-crossing questions. When I explicitly refused to disclose my personal plans to an associate ringing me up, they used my shutdown of "no plans" as an invitation to press harder--behavior directly enabled by a manager who dismissed my concerns via email as nothing more than the staff's "many communication styles." It is insulting to be told by this store's manager that I should have to police their employees' behavior by announcing when I am "not in the mood for conversation" just to be left alone. When I pushed back on this toxic excuse, management simply ghosted me, proving they have no interest in professional standards. I am not here to train your staff on basic social decency, nor should any customer have to sacrifice their dignity just to make a purchase. I will be happily driving an extra five minutes to a store with class that respects its patrons; if you value your peace, dignity and privacy, I suggest you do the same. This shop is fantastic. Their prices are a little less than most others and the staff is so helpful. I still getting used to retail shopping for these products and having such a huge variety to choose from. 1/28/19 I went into the store yesterday and was helped by Jonathan. I had questions regarding CBD oils, tinctures and lotions. Jonathan went beyond being just helpful but took the time to explain and answer all of my questions and compare products. I can't recommend this shop higher. I've been experiencing periodic severe neck pain caused by stress and the CBD oil I was using was helping but not 100% so I was seeking advise on on one with a little thc added. I was nervous that it would possibly make me stoned and unable to function. lol read more

The place has a good vibe, decent selection, and overall friendly. However the staff member I dealt with is either uneducated or willfully ignorant to enable more sales. The request for recommendation of a very specific product resulted in a product that would provide an opposite effect as desired. And yes, explicit requirements were given to the staff member. Shame on me for believing the staff member. For those who use cannabis responsibly and medically, very unfortunate. The manager would not help in fixing this issue. The owner and staff are very friendly. They r the closest store to the N.end of Tacoma/Ruston area. Vey knowledgeable. Also noticed there isn't a huge turn over of employees, which speaks highly of tje management. They price well, and I believe a little lower than some stores I've visited. read more

Decent shop for the area, the service is what got me this time. Long time customer, I have seen this shop morph over the years. Had a couple issues with a vape set-up and also some low-quality product. The management basically said they could not do anything even though I had a receipt and was within the allowed time-frame. Decent shop. Really good discounts for medical users. But fairly small and limited selection of vapes. To be honest, I thought this was a smaller sub shop of 420 Carpenter that's right next door lol. I came in and were immediately checked ID's which I liked(prior cop). The design of the shop looks pretty stylish with the lights and decor. Good bong and fresh herb selection with very friendly staff. Only down side was the vaporizers. I wanted to get one because of its popularity, but when I was checking it out, the vape pen was too complicated and difficult to use because of my disability. We come here all the time and usually get great service but after our last visit we are honestly considering not coming here. There was a new guy (tall with red hair and beard) and he was just kind of rude and didn't have very good customer service. Seemed annoyed to even have to talk to us. We will give it one more chance but will consider switching back to our old shop if it happens again. read more

Was disrespected by the same employee once again, a redhead with a beard. We are loyal customers who go once a week, but after this ordeal he said I wasn't welcomed back. He did not want to exchange a defective cartridge, and denied that it was from the shop, even though the receipt and packaging was in the bag. I am currently very upset since it just happened.
