This is the last time I'm coming here. The reason is simple. Every time I come in and deal with one of the women they say the same thing, "if your cart is defective, or hits bad, bring it back and we'll exchange it for another one, no problem. You just need the receipt, and the package and the cart itself." I hit said cartridge 3 times to make sure it was not my taste buds, and know-and-behold it was like smoking straight metal. I went back to the counter, requested a new one with my package and original receipt. The woman who helped me walked into the back and out comes some fat guy named 'Rodger' was completely standoffish and useless as a worker. All he told me was "I won't return this because as you see in the fine print of the receipt, we can't return them without the cart being defective." If I'm smoking straight burnt metal it's obviously worth returning. And you're more concerned with being a tough guy and being right than solving the customers request. I'll never shop at this place again and will make sure I let everyone else I know that goes here to quit going here from this point further. I wish I could give zero stars and kick Rodger in the dick. But you know, I guess the customer isn't ever right.

So I ask straight up again: "hey do you guys just not carry CBD anymore at all, or am I coming in on off days?" He says, "it's the market!
