I've been a customer for over 8 years. That stops today unfortunately. Due to the treatment I received from their budtender Hannah, I am no longer spending my money there. Several times she has been rude and unhelpful. Not answering questions and pointing to the menu. She was rude when I asked for a Veteran discount. She was huffy when I asked questions. I only have received this treatment from her. This last time, she was so rude and mean, I walked out mid transaction. I now give my weekly business to Herban Market down the street. They are kind and helpful. Thank you Hannah for ruining my day and your store for me. 5 stars until today, maybe 4 stars after today, but today they get just 1 and that is generous. The bud tender on the phone had a snotty attitude (mine probably helped that) as I explained the budget OZ I bought advertised at 29% total cannabinoids but the label said 18.06% THC and .05% CBD = 29% total????? Waiting on the answer as to what my recourse is for purchasing a mislabeled product they probably got screwed on too. I went in looking for a sleepy dab. I've been smoking for 5 years so I know the difference between sative and indica. I asked them which of their strains were best for sleep. Neither men could answer stating they are not doctors and couldn't tell me that information. I'm sorry but if you work at a weed shop you should have a general knowledge beyond sative, indica, and hybrid. The fact that they would not tell me anything about any of the strains and then discouraged me for looking at Leafly made me walk out. I'm not asking for a complicated answer to what kind of effects can this weed have. I go in with a set amount to spend. I tell them what I'm looking for. I ask for a particular strain and my favorite brands. And, I explain which THC level I desire. They bring out several different products and let me choose which one would work for me. For such a small store--they have a big selection. So far, after comparison shopping at several stores in the area, this has been the one that I keep coming back to. Best shop in Kitsap! The staff truly are courteous, knowledgable, and most importantly care about their customers. I have seen people ( few) try and bad mouth this shop but those same people were very disrepectful to the staff and never allowed the staff to do their job. Out of all the times I have been there or have referred people to there, I have had nothing but great experiences or heard great things. The owner and staff truly care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. People who get upset at the staff because they fail to take notice of signs posted or those who don't understand the laws well enough, should not take those fustrations on the staff.
