The seemingly brand new clubhouse has a gorgeous locker room with high vaulted ceilings and a couple beers on tap to loosen your swing! The golf course designed by Coore and Crenshaw flows through the jersey pine barrens with sandy waste areas and near perfect playing conditions. All the tees are in fantastic condition. The hole layout is visible from the tees on pretty much every hole with only a couple hidden hazards out there. Once you've played from the generous fairways to the greens that's where things get challenging. The greens are the main defense here, so many reads have the appearance of movement one way when actually they go the other. This happens throughout the course so don't get discouraged, it happens to everyone. A few rounds and some of the nuisances will get figured out. The staff at hidden creek do everything they can to accommodate your requests. The dining room staff handles their service effortlessly and the food in the restaurant is very good. I never found the hidden creek so kudos to keeping that thing hidden away but the course is a fantastic track that definitely requires a few rounds to grasp the greens but you'll love every moment of every round out there!

Basic Clubhouse with locker rooms, showers etc small grill room and pro shop. Expansive putting greeting and large practice Range. As stated balls extra and they could use an upgrade to their practice balls very beat up. Range in decent shape natural grass today but they do have mats as well. The Putting green was indicative of the course hard, slightly bumpy but not very fast. Course is a very wide open NICE Layout with numerous strategically placed fairway bunkers. Fairways very good shape while sand in bunkers was OK. As stated public golf so the efforts by the other patrons is an issue to keep them smooth. Tee Boxes also very good. Lots of holes with Water in play, great fair playable course design. Greens are absolutely ENORMOUS which is a real problem if you don't know what side or shelf top put the approach. My Issue as with any public course is consistency of speed and slight bumps that they have. Green speed varied from hole to hole so I've never 3 putted more greens in my entire golfing career than today and I consider myself a GOOD PUTTER. I'm placing it on the greens. Service staff Friendly, golf cart girl on course was only seen 1 time all day but they do have a 1/2 way house on the turn. Carts were electric but could use an update as they were a bit dated and GPS wouldn't hurt either for these price points. All and all a very pleasant experience for the $$ though I'm still partial to Seaview and their two courses in this area I certainly would not hesitate to play here again.

Three of us decided to golf in the wind and rain and one decided not to. Got home and was billed $600 for the 3 of us. I told the two knuckleheads in the pro shop there was only 3 of us but they billed for four $150 rounds. Called the next morning when I got the confirm email and was transferred to the manager. He took my number and said he would look into and have heard nothing. By his attitude I was not holding my breath for a call back. This should be a pretty easy fix but as seen in some of the other reviews, this doesn't seem to be an anomaly here. If $150 is worth the bad feelings I have and will share with others then keep it. I am down for most of the summers and will be golfing elsewhere.
