The water features are very relaxing and beautiful. This truly is a place that grounds and centers me and is a wonderful place to spend some quality time window shopping. Stores include Louis Vuitton, Hermes,Saks Fifth Avenue, Tiffany, Lululemon, Apple, and Gucci to name a few. They offer covered garage parking which is a plus during the summer months. This by far is one of my favorite shopping malls not so much for shopping but to just relax along with a side of retail therapy.

This time is was our 10th Year Celebration and what more can you say diamonds are a girl's best friend. Tiffany offers some superb jewelry when it comes to their diamonds, jewelry and iconic designs. We were welcomed by our Client Advisor Margie and Team Manager Donna who were both amazing and spent 2 days with us finding the perfect ring and watch. Thank you. Now there are many stores shuttered. Selection is limited in this mall. They have your Macy's and JCP. They have Bath and Body Works and VS. These are your typical American stores. There was an interesting art store I looked at. The food court has Chick Fil a, Panda Express, Sbarro, etc. Employees were friendly overall. The value comes in the history for me. Parking was plentiful. I feel like the stores are pretty average priced for nowadays. The selection and variety could improve. They do probably have what you would need here.

I was in Publix at Naples Walk on Vanderbilt Road today. A young man packed my groceries and also…read morehelped take my groceries to my car. I asked him if he was VACCINATED FOR COVID and he said he was NOT vaccinated for Covid and that he doesn't like needles. I am very disappointed in Publix for not mandating the Covid Vaccine for their employees. I am retired and I am vaccinated. I feel Publix is putting all its customers at risk by not requiring their employees to be vaccinated. The Publix employees stock shelves, pack groceries and wait on thousands of customers daily and are putting us at risk by not insisting their employees be vaccinated. I will no longer shop at any PUBLIX for this reason. I called and spoke to an Assistant Manager who informed me Publix does not require their employees to be vaccinated & does not pay healthcare for their employees. If a Publix employee gets Covid; the TAX PAYERS then have to pay their Hospital bills. Publix customers have a right to know their employees are NOT VACCINATED and are putting their customers at risk of getting COVID 19! The employees are not washing their hands between customers and are not even wearing a Mask!

Service is good, I returned a pair of leggings and the process was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is large enough to have a good selection of merchandise, from clothes, shoes, designer bags, cosmetics and accessories. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .

I was so impressed by all the team members who seemed to be having the best time working. They were so friendly and helpful. Everyone from the fitting room attendant to the check out team were awesome. I bought a beautiful Vince Camino dress and some hand sanitizer spray.
