I have come to this mall many times over rmy life. I remember being here as a teenager and thinking it was a nice mall. It was more alive and thriving then. It was a treat coming here. Now there are many stores shuttered. Selection is limited in this mall. They have your Macy's and JCP. They have Bath and Body Works and VS. These are your typical American stores. There was an interesting art store I looked at. The food court has Chick Fil a, Panda Express, Sbarro, etc. Employees were friendly overall. The value comes in the history for me. Parking was plentiful. I feel like the stores are pretty average priced for nowadays. The selection and variety could improve. They do probably have what you would need here. read more

All five stars!!! Idk why this mall has such low ratings :( They have so many options for the kiddos- even a carousel. The young man who was manning it was sooooo nice. He deserves a raise! Just remember with everything, nothing is free :) :) :) But really good options for stores in my opinion and for a medium sized mall. I would return and recommend! read more

They had a good store variety and we loved the carousel and the selection of the food court like a chic fil la but the reason I gave 2 stars is because it was soooo hot throughout the mall like you feel like most of the stores don't have a/c and the some had inside fans and tubes hanging from the ceiling and I left because it was so hot read more

Very disappointing experience yesterday. This mall is no longer family-friendly. We visited with our child, who was simply playing and making normal noise like any kid would in a public place. He wasn't damaging anything or bothering anyone -- just being a child. Instead of handling the situation with basic understanding, mall security immediately escalated things in a very hostile way, treating us as if we had done something serious. The most shocking part was that they involved the police over something as simple as a child playing. The entire experience was humiliating and intimidating for our family. We were even warned that we could be removed from the mall and potentially face a ban for up to one year. That is extremely excessive for normal child behavior. A shopping mall should be welcoming to families, not a place where parents feel targeted and uncomfortable. No one should have to worry about security or police being called because their child laughed, played, or made noise. If you have kids, think twice before coming here. This place clearly does not want families anymore. read more

This place has completely lost what it used to be. Coastal Center Mall is NO LONGER a family-friendly environment. If you have kids, think twice before coming here. There is a store in the Coastland Center. The name of the store is Premier Store. It is a red light therapy store. They sold me a hand held red light therapy wand for $2,832.00. They had an over whelming sales pitch. They assured me after an hour of their sales pitch including the demonstration that this deal was only good for today. I got up to leave several times and they lured me back by adding incentives I did not want. I am so disappointed in this store. The salesman's name is Allen and the manager's name is Carole. I was extremely uneasy about this the next day and I did research on line. The same red light therapy wand sells on line for less than $400.00. I feel foolish. The cream they sold me for $400.00 sells on line for $40.00. This is the exact same products on line. I always want stores to make a profit but this is ridiculous and this is a scam. I called the store and over the course of two days I spoke to two managers to no avail. The purpose of this review is to prevent another vulnerable senior citizen from being taken advantage of. read more

The Coastland Center is Naples is a large and beautiful indoor Mall. It is the perfect place on a rainy or hot day. There many great stores from from clothes and jewelry. There are stores like Macy's, American Eagle to high stores like Bloomingdales, Tiffany, Chanel and so many more. There is a food court and some anchor restaurants like the Cheese Cake Factory. read more

I have lived in Naples for 40 years. Born and raised. Remember going here as a young kid in the late 80's. It's grown a lot, but the stores are lacking. Needs more growth, just wish Simon Malls would buy them and improve the store selection. Food court selection used to be so good, and as it stands today, is a pretty poor selection. read more

So sad how empty this place is now with Covid having driven so many of our business Empty kiosks, almost every other third store front closed Masks are required and this place is spacious even more so now. Only the big named store brands are left. Do not assume your favorite store is still here, went to do a return at Sketchers and found they will be closing down in a few days, Salesperson said the landlords raised the prices Hope our economy turns around soon, they just built a huge movie theater too. Your typical American mall, but there were no sales or specials whatsoever. It was totally bizarre considering that we were here during Black Friday week. The mall was nearly empty which was not surprising considering the prices. Don't waste your time! read more

For a mall that is in a warm weather climate, promoting bike usage, there are very few bike racks for customers. Landscaping and parking lot upkeep is poor, as garbage, debris and foliage fly around. It is though promotes the thriving business of shoplifting, as security is sparse and store managers don't care. read more

A small mall with some water fountains that don't work and stores that are closed (like Sears) but it has some good shoe stores and a decent JC Penney and one of my favorites, FYE. Cheesecake Factory is in the parking lot. We didn't find any trouble parking on a Sunday afternoon. Very simple and short walk to the mall entrance. read more

Seeing that malls all over the US are having a difficult time during Covid, this one is no different. Tho many stores are open, there are still many that are not. I'm glad to see people wearing masks but some are not. At least i'm the food court area the table are 6' apart. There are also chairs to sit on around the mall, and I do hope these are cleaned often. Please check k with the store you want to go to as some stores have different operating hours than the mall. It does have macy's, J.c. Penny's and Dillard's aa anchor stores so that is a good sign . and in between are a variety of client, gaming and other stores. One odd store was a shooting store? Not for me! read more

Pretty standard mall in America. It's flagship stores are Dillard's, Jc Penney's, And Macy's. Typical stuff, but overall the mall is pretty nice. I feel like Naples has a bunch of shopping options so this mall really holds its own. It's also got an H&M and a Forever 21 for the youngins to shop at as well, and surprisingly enough, FYE is still open. Ah, nostalgia. The mall is clean, which is a plus and they've got a decent food court. Remember the days of hanging out at the mall food court? Do kids still do that? #old. Tons of parking. Clean restrooms which is always a good thing. The location also seemed pretty ideal too. Within a few minutes I was right on the highway an on my way back home. Sometimes it's fun to kill an hour or so in the mall. Most of the time I never buy anything there, but it's still fun to go look around and this mall in Naples is definitely an okay mall to do just that in! read more

Oh Coastland mall... I'm a fan but some thing's you have to accept as change too many cool stores that had to leave because of the rate to stay in business. I'm torn by the parking situation and need to value my time not wasting it mindlessly wandering around not sure what to buy. 20 years ago I always wanted to open a place in the food court but never really was worried about competition the franchise would be a good fit but the development would need investors and the lease rates were incredibly high. The shells at the end were in need of complete build ins from foundation including exterior profiles. The cost for a small franchise would have needed corporate funding. It can always be a dream. I wish them luck as I rarely really have a reason to go here to join the madness of mall rats, soccer moms, saber toothed cougars, goofy hipster wannabes, Mall walkers, teenie boppers. Baby carriage ramming mamas. And slow poke seniors who are lost. Trying to find how to get to the Kmart. PS I usually tell them to take the elevator to the third level. read more

This reminds me of the malls from back in the day. It's the typical mall stores. You know what they are. Blah, blah blah blah blah blah blah! Does that work?! The best thing about this mall is that Aurelio's pizza is here. I love it love it love it and that's why we came here. If you want to go shopping and not be out and about in the sun or rain, this is your place. At least I checked it out, and know what stores are here. It's no biggie to me. Fairly standard mall -- Macy, Sears, etc. Small food court. Usual offerings. Nothing exciting. Nice that the mall has an Old Navy Store. Not much else out of the ordinary or different. Walked almost the entire mall and only found one location to charge my phone and I had to ask someone where it was. Had tried in the food court to use one of the electrical outlets, but they weren't working... It's not far from Sears, FYI. In Florida, you usually see lots of mall walkers doing their mileage indoors in the air conditioning. Or seniors hanging out in the food court with one coffee for several hours just to have some social interaction or get out of the house. This mall had very weak air conditioning so that the few people there were not in the shopping or browsing mood. Almost as hot inside as outside! Expected Naples mall to be much more upscale considering the surrounding area... oh well, not this one. read more

3 stars! Let's be honest, what we love about Florida livin' and shoppin' is that all-year round exposure to Vitamin D. So for me the indoor mall move is less than appealing. However, we do have those bad weather woes to deal with at times, so its good to have the option to take the shopping surge inside if need be. Unfortunately, this mall has a subpar array of shops to get your wallet working. Lots of unimpressive teen focused stores, but thankfully you also have the necessary staples of Vic Secret, Macys, Old Navy.... so not a total bust! Where they stand apart from the overall SWFL shopping arena is with the feature of an H&M --- a fav store of mine. As a native New Yorker I was used to seeing an H&M as often as a Starbucks, but sadly our neck of the woods has only one location in the Fort Myers/Cape/Naples area. So when I find myself down in Naples, I have to get my H&M fix in! The mall is clean, one level (except for the department stores), and pretty easy to navigate. It is conveniently located right off of 41 and there is plenty of parking. It has a signature food court, but also some known mall eateries such as Cheescake Factory. While it's not a place I go out of my way to frequent, it does the trick at times! read more

Prices are high and fashion is a bit limited. Everything, however, is extremely clean and tidy...even the bathrooms. Safe parking and delicious food court options. I don't know how Sears keeps their doors open because it's always a ghost town. Some malls have Burlington Coat Factories or Targets as anchor stores...this mall could probably benefit from that idea. Stop at FYE for some nostalgia and grab a pretzel while you walk around and get some exercise! read more

Decent mall. Certainly not the best, but if you grew up on Marco you're not driving any further than here. The typicals. There's a Sear's... for now. Macy's. JC Penny. Zales. You get the point. You can basically get anything you'd reasonably need here. Unless you're looking for a capable laptop or something in which case you have no idea what you're doing to begin with coming here. Visit the food court roughly 5 days a week. Not by choice. Options are limited. You can have orange chicken and rice, teriyaki chicken and rice, mandarin chicken and rice, this sub, that sub or Burger King. Oh! Smoothies too. I typically go for that sub. Typical mall. Don't make eye contact with anyone manning the kiosks. Particularly the ones in front of Victoria's Secret, across from Starbucks. Those dudes are relentless. Sure, I could use less wrinkles but not for that price and I'm not financially stable enough to plan the next two years Gary! It's a decent stroll. Great for people watching and the dude with the piano is dope. If you're lonely you could probably find a companion if you hold a Forever 21 bag and sit outside their dressing rooms for awhile. Check their ID before giving advice on their outfit though. read more

I love the mall but this rude worker at Charley's Philly Steaks killed our mood. She obviously hated her job and every question I asked she had an annoyed answer. She spoke like this to everyone in line. No one wore name tags so here is a picture of the rude lady. (The one at the register with mouth open) She shouldn't work here. read more

I love "our" mall. (Naples, that is.) The mall itself is usually very clean, and has lots of parking with a great selection of stores. It's very similar to the mall I used to shop at in Pembroke Pines when I lived on the east coast of Florida, and that's part of what drew me in - the familiarity. (I loved that mall, too.) A very clean mall with all the typical major mall stores (Macy's, Victoria's Secret, Abercrombie, etc.) you'd find anywhere. I was also surprised to see a PacSun, Hollister and a Hot Topic since the mall is in Naples. And let's face it, Naples is synonomous with seniors and on-the-golf-course living. This is a nice middle of the line mall in the Naples, FL area. It's not the upscale mall but it's got your basics: Macy's, a food court (complete with Chick-fil-A!), shoe shops, jewelers, even a nail salon. Even a pet store with puppies! My favorite part? The Flip Flop Shop. Oh yes, Chicagoland friends, they have stand-alone flippy floppy shops down in Florida. Oh, how I miss it so... We stopped in on a rainy day in Naples - not realizing that everyone else had the same idea. That was ok, though, we were ready to tear apart Forever 21 like it was our job! We each found a few cute finds. Overall your pretty basic mall. But it just felt fabulous because we were in paradise. read more

Lots of stores and really long and narrow. You get a good workout walking from one end to the other. The stores tend to be typical mall stores. The higher end anchor stores are Macy's and Dillard's. The food court is extremely loud, even in the middle of the day during the week. read more
