I came back Monday, was immediately greeted again, my suit jacket was clean, and placed on a nice hanger with plastic cover. Very timely, professional, and convenient. My go to place for dry cleaning, shirt laundering, etc. Don is such a great guy, always greets me with a smile and exceptional service. He is very accommodating and will be flexible with your needs. I've been here a few times, probably about 10 times total. Great services and decent pricing, never had a complaint. However, I felt obligated to write him a great yelp review after today. So, I called in around 11 a.m. asking if he does same day service for a suit I needed for work the very next day (not very courteous, I know). Don informed me that in order to be guaranteed same day service, I needed to bring in my suit before 9 a.m. With that said, he went out of his way to make sure that I had my suit for work. I went in around 3:30 p.m. the same day, and it was ready to go. And as always, no complaints about the service itself. I can't say enough about business owners who go out of their way to ensure the satisfaction of their clients and customers. Not too bad. Took in a winter coat to be cleaned because I'm dumb and settled for buying it in white since they didn't carry my size in gray and now I'm paying for it. Lot's of little stains around the wrists of my jacket, and the inside bottom portion of the coat was a light blue since it was constantly being rubbed on by my jeans. Well, dropped off my coat and went to pick it up the following week. I was inspecting my coat while my hubby paid for it, when I noticed yellow/orange tinted lines running down my coat in various spots, as if it was set down on something that stained it. I pointed this out to the man, and he said he'd take my coat back and work to get these new stains out, free of charge. Luckily, when we came to pick it up the following week, the yellow/orange lines were gone- yay! All-in-all, he wasn't able to get rid of EVERY stain that was on this jacket, but it definitely looks much better than it did when I brought it in! read more

AWESOME! That's the one word I would use to describe Dan, the owner. What amazing people he and his wife are! I had a water leak in my apartment and had to launder/dry clean every single one of the zillion clothes I own. As soon as I arrived, Dan saw the heavy bags I was carrying out of my car and he promptly took them out of my hands and insisted on bringing the other 6 bags in too. That itself made me feel relieved after much sorting and dumping them in my car from second floor. He patiently counted and sorted the clothes and gave me a very reasonable quote with additional 20% off. The dryclean job was done very professionally and they got back to me on the day it was due with a "it's ready" call - I am a believer in timelines, so it was pleasant. At this time, I had an even bigger task of carrying all the well ironed clothes back on individual hangers. To my surprise, Dan offered to drive them in his car and even dropped them all AT my apartment - took him about 10 trips up and down the stairs. What a great gesture! The clothes (including expensive dresses, coats and jackets) still hang in my closet nicely and as I am starting to wear them, I see how clean and fresh they smell. I don't hesitate in writing bad reviews as the case may be, but I also truly believe that writing a good review, where it's due, is even more important, because they are rarer and because a service like this deserves a 5 star! I've been going to W.C. cleaners for about 3 years. Don, the owner, usually gets me back my stuff within 3 business days for regular service but does offer same day or expedited service. Don is very courteous and always makes it a point to hand you your dry cleaning from the rack instead of letting you get it. Just the little things, he's always got mints and candy in case you need a little sweetness to your day. his wife does great seamstress work too. I take all my suits to be altered here. They've even fixed torn pants and replace buttons on my shirts at no extra charge. Recently, they completely restored an old ball cap for me too. Highly recommend them read more
