I've been searching for a decent dry cleaner and tailor for quite some time, this place came up not only because it was in Fairfield, but it had some decent reviews. I came in with two suits I've had for years that needed to be dry cleaned, which basically means they've never been cleaned :P One of those suits needed to have buttons re-sewn and the pant legs hemmed. They did a good job but we're a little expensive, they did have a Yelp deal which helped a little. I later came back with the leather jacket that had zippers on the sleeves, the sleeves were too long because for some reason I was born to wear a large while having medium arms. I called every tailor I could and they all refused, so I came back here and they were able to take care of it pronto, and by pronto I mean they forgot to do it, ended up taking 2 weeks but I wasn't in a hurry considering Solano county fall is 70 degrees. The leather jacket came out fantastic, it looks as if it came out of the factory perfectly tailored to my body. One thing that did bother me, I don't appreciate paying for the item being cleaned or tailored upfront. They already have my item which means if it gets lost or damaged, I'm out on the item and lost some cash! So far they've been super friendly and I think these guys are going to be my one-stop-shop whenever I do decide to dry clean nice suits again. ;) read more

Unfortunately 1 star for me. This place will be one and done.. I work down the street from here and dropped off 6 shirts to be dry cleaned. When I picked up the shirts, they looked to be ironed but not really cleaned.. all 6 shortly looked that way.. I did not think much of it but a few weeks later I put on one of the shirts and it smells like mildew. I will need to get all these cleaned again.. the prices are also a bit high. read more

I don't recommend this business. Been using this cleaner since 2022 when I moved to green valley. Recently took 2 slacks for alterations and asked to have them ironed. The alterations were done, but the slacks weren't ironed; very inconvenient because we were out of town and attending an event. No more Green Valley Cleaners for me!!! read more

Do not use this cleaner. They ruined 8 suits of my husbands. We had been using them for a few years so we had no problem going to them but this time they messed up bad and couldn't resolve the issue. When we picked up the 8 suits and when he put one on a few days later they had a bad smell, it smelled very musty and funky. We then smelled all the other suits and they all had the same smell and this was not a smell we took them in with. The coat and the pants had this smell. We thought we were tripping so we asked our neighbor, my sister and mom to smell and they immediately smelled that funky musty smell. So we took them back and the man smelled and said oh yeah it smells and he took them all back to clean. When we went back the lady was there and when she brought them out, we smelled them before leaving this time and of course they smelled the same. She smelled them and said oh yeah it still smells she then proceeds to tell us some lady brought a shirt that had a bad odor and it got in the suit so she took them again. When we went back again to pick up, the same problem. This time we asked for a refund but they did not want to give us a refund. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE. Now we have to find another cleaner. read more

Came in here to clean 1 jacket. Customer service was horrible, tried to make me pay up front, and he told me that he doesn't do that with everybody. Argued with me on paying up front (first dry cleaner to ever ask that). Then when I said I would rather wait, in case they damage the jacket, he said laughed and said "I can't help you" and started to walk off. I gave in and aske how much, and he tried to charge me almost 16 dollars to clean 1 track jacket?? Even the worker in the back looked up confused at either the price or his attitude. Will not ever return again. Went to another dry cleaner in the area, and received much better service, as I was supposed to. read more

I have to agree with a couple of the reviews below. Their prices are getting extremely expensive. I mean $5.25 to launder a dress shirt in Fairfield California, give me a break! Twice I've had clothes come back with some sticky mess on them. One of them was a brand new blazer right out of the package, so I know they did it. Couldn't prove it cuz I didn't notice it until I got home when I took the bag off it, so I didn't bother to bring it back. And I'm pretty sure they would have told me "where to go" had I brought the item back. Sorry, the truth hurts. Not super impressed with the attitude there either. I'm so fucking coming back omg!! I did something super idiotic with my $700 Vince coat..... I put it in the wash ‍ I know... wtf? Well they restored it back to life!!! It was hideously covered with fluff and all deformed, they saved me from having to R I P it. Not only my Vince but my MK coat as well! They completely took out my foundation stain in my white Aritzia dress and Aritzia satin blouse.... I am in shock! Also my CK dress that is difficult to clean due to the style of the cut...it looks like it's never been worn! All these difficult to clean clothes I gave to them are all beautiful again! This was my first time here. I don't have much need for any dry-cleaning. I did purchase a groupon and the man at the counter didn't want me to use it because the value of my Groupon was $20, but my drying for my one jumpsuit was $17. I told him, I didn't mind losing the $3, but he wanted me to pay $17 cash and not allow me to use my Groupon. We went round and round and he finally agreed to let me use it. I'm not sure why he was so upset. In the end, I received my jumpsuit and ended up never wearing it, so it's in the closet until my next event. I haven't returned to this cleaners, but based on the poor customer service and price to clean one jumpsuit with or without a Groupon, I would probably not return. read more

I'm not one to use the dry cleaners on a regular basis for my clothes, but i do use them regularly to dry clean my blankets. Expecting to pay an arm and leg to get my blanket dry cleaned, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a yelp coupon deal. They were really friendly. The location is close to my home so I didn't have to go out of my way. I liked the fact that my blanket came back clean and packaged in a heavy duty bag and not just regular plastic bag. read more

First time I brought my clothes there they returned them all with stains and didn't even mention it. I got very upset as they said they cleaned it and stains aren't coming out. They also refused to refund me. I did not want to come out having paid money for stains on my clothes so they said they will redo it. Picked it up the next day and they cleaned the stains well. Thanks to the owner who didn't even hesitate and took the clothes back to rewash them within a day. This is a convenient location if you live nearby but you need to pay attention to whether the clothes have been cleaned well. read more

Awesome Dry Cleaners! I must admit I'm in my mid-twenties and this was my first time ever getting dry cleaned LOL I brought in a gown for my cousin's wedding next week and the bottom of the dress was dirty and there were some light makeup stains on it, plus it was wrinkled. Since I had never been to a dry cleaners before I didn't know what to ask for or what to expect. The lady who works there I think she's the owner Mimi, was super nice. She said that my gown needed to be dry cleaned and pressed (tbh I didn't know what pressed meant, and when I asked here she didn't make fun of me for not knowing LOL). She said it's usually $30 for dry clean and press on gown but she'd give it to me for $28. I also bought the yelp deal $15 for $20 worth so I pretty much got $5 off and ended up paying $23 for all of the services which is not bad. It took them 3 days to get my gown serviced. She was honest with me when I called in to check on my gown and she said there was a spot that they tried to remove but could not. The dress came out looking beautiful anyhow! They have great service and are very friendly! I haven't had any issues with any of the clothing I've brought in. Normally, it takes 2 days for the items to be ready for pickup but they also do same day dry cleaning if you go right when they open (I don't remember if there is a price increase though). Also, they do a great job of doing alterations. My only complaint is that they are a bit pricey. I brought in some dress pants, a 2 piece suit, and a jacket which costs me over $30. However, they came out clean and in the same condition as I brought them in. I like this dry cleaner and will be using them again! read more

I picked up an order of several items. At home I happened to notice that a suede jacket was missing. I called, and they said that they had to send it out. Two weeks later, no call so I went by. It was in, and they charged me $88.00. I was fortunate that I noticed the missing item and fortunate that I remembered to go back later. Poorly handled, and that seems to be an outrageous price. I brought a twin blanket in to be cleaned with two pillow cases. I didn't check the ticket before I left but did when I got home. The ticket was for a king size blanket, no biggie, I would just bring it to the owners attention and she would rectify the situation. WRONG!!! She stated the computer has only one price programed in and the price was the price. HUH? So I chalk this on up to, it is what it is, and because I just moved to the area and its the only dry cleaner around, I figured I would give them another shot. Shot 2: 3 pairs of paints to be dry cleaned $6.25 each, a little steep, but no biggie. 3 shirts, one with ring around the collar, the other two just needed to be washed and pressed. Again I take the ticket without looking at it and proceed to Safeway to pick up a few things. I look at the ticket and I immediately start spinning! She charged me $6.25 per shirt! These are shirts that are washable. I am fuming now. I return to the store pronto. Speak with the person who took my clothes in and the explanation was.......when a shirt has a stain or the like we automatically dry clean it. OK, shirt 2: it appears delicate, so we dry clean those. OK, shirt 3: because we are dry cleaning the other 2 it was just easier to dry clean the third. WHAT!!!! I requested my clothes, gathered them up, and gave her a piece of my mind. Go in Monday morning, they said would be ready by 3 pm, go in at 5 and they cannot find the suit anywhere since it's in bad and hasn't been cleaned. I had been going here for a few months and decided to bring in a comforter to have dry cleaned. A few days later I came back to pick it up only to find out that they pretty much shrunk it to half its size. It was totally ruined. On top of that he gave me back the comforter and a bill for $35...I actually had to pay for a ruined comforter. Never again will I be back. read more

Very friendly service (rare!), competitive prices, delivery service, always timely, and nothing ever lost or damaged in my experience. I could tell it was an inconvenience to have it completed in such a short time frame but the owner went out of his way to make it happen. Worst cleaners I have ever dealt with. All of my whites came back pink and she has the nerve to tell me they were already pink. So for the past two years I've had pink socks and undershirts and just thought they were white. Then she continues to tell me she doesn't have time to talk to me because she has some "big meeting" to go to. What kind of a meeting does she need to be at right now during her regular store hours. I am going back in the morning to talk to the owners and posting bad reviews everywhere I possibly can. Maybe even consumer affairs. Great customer service and even more important, great work! After 3 moves and almost 2 years, i pulled my wedding dress out of the garment bag to find it covered in mysterious stains! I was sick to my stomach and immediately brought to to green valley cleaners. It was a lil pricey but they got all of the stains out and packaged it in the window box, with an outter box which is wrapped in plastic. So if something does drop on it now, it will not reach my dress. I'm so happy with my service here, they have my business as long as we live in this area! read more

Usually do good work. But.... they don't have people in place when they say they are open. I am sitting in the parking lot, they list being open at 8:00am. I walk in at 8:03 and the door is locked. When someone comes to help, they can't help me. I needed to get my wife's bridesmaid dress steamed, but no one could help. It's incredibly frustrating when they list being open at one time, and no one can help you at that time. I've spent hundreds of dollars here, but this isn't the first time the owners aren't here when they open, and are unable to help. Don't come here if you are in a time crunch. I brought my bridesmaid dress here to be pressed and refreshed since it was delivered from David's Bridal in a cardboard box. They did a phenomenal job, the dress was chiffon with many layers and they even placed it on a special hanger so the corset part of the dress would not sink in. I inquired on having a few pairs of American Eagle jeans hemmed here as well and they gave me a very reasonable price. I will most definitely be back!! read more

Great place to get your dry clean. They are systematic and fast in dealing with you so you can just go in then out really quick. The only funny part that i saw here is that when i picked up my dry clean last year's Christmas season, they gave the other gentleman a bottle of wine while she gave me a lint remover. Well who knows if she knows the other person right? But still made me feel weird that she gave another person wine and i wasn't given one. read more

Such a disappointment. Would not honor Yelp coupon for wash and fold service even though coupon stated it could be used for services. Gentleman said only for dry cleaning. This is bad business. The machine used for weighing the clothes to determine number of pounds for wash and fold service appears to vary greatly and had to re-weigh when it was obvious that the number of clothing items did not weigh even close to what they stated in poundage.
