Disappointing Service and Billing Practices…read more My family has spent thousands of dollars with this business, but our recent experience was the final straw. We were charged over $300 for an inspection related to an issue that had already been documented and discussed with staff in 2024. We had previously decided not to pursue the repair due to the cost, yet we were still charged for a diagnosis of a known problem. When we raised our concerns, the owner offered several explanations and only provided a partial credit, which we found unacceptable. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. In the past, we were charged more after incorrect parts were ordered for a repair, and on another occasion a quoted price changed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. Based on our experiences, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

When I found out the cashier became defensive because they heard an ear full before from others and I was insulted . The cashier sent the "manager" a man who smelled of alcohol. I did a quick search and found Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers was close by. I was hoping I could limp the truck there and not have a flat on the way. I was able to make it there, but they do specialize in roadside assistance if I would have needed it. I had a very pleasant experience with them as they professionally got the information needed, and got to work changing out my tire. My company's rules are pretty difficult to work with, but Goodyear's employee Mia was fantastic in working with them to get what my company requested. She had the billing and payment straightened out in no time. She is very good at her job, her ability to get it all done and continue to also have a great attitude was very refreshing and not often seen in the service world. They won't have tires for your Hyundai or other small vehicles, but for commercial truck and trailer tires in the Tucson area, I highly recommend Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center #338.
