After getting several quotes from around Tucson to repair a dent in my door that was on the body crease, I found Andy's page online. I sent him a text with some pictures of the dent and he quoted me an estimate via text. We made an appointment and Andy was very punctual (early) and took care of the dent with a flawless appearance. Nobody ever wants this service, but when you NEED it, it's good to know it's out there. I made an online request with a couple pictures on Tuesday morning. The owner, Andy, called me within a half hour or so and we discussed the dent and reviewed the pics. He came out on Thursday morning, after a call letting me know he could come earlier than planned, and told me exactly what I could expect - with this particular type of repair, he could get it to 90%. Considering the only alternative was a professional strip and repaint at a shop, with an odd color (pearlescent blue), I agreed. In under an hour, he carefully plied his craft and delivered on the promise and the price - all that remains is a bit of lifted paint, exactly what he said would happen. Got caught in a hail storm and got some widespread, light but visible hail damage on my BRAND NEW CAR this summer and was wondering how i should get that handled. Called Andy and he came out to my work and took a look at the damage. He told me what needs to be done and was friendly, honest, insightful, and was very open to giving suggestions and let me know what would happen. He gave me an estimate for out of pocket and it was a lot more fair than what local body shops i went to presented. A few months later i try to wait until after monsoon season, i decided to go out of pocket and call Andy, he was able to fit me in his busy schedule and knock some dings out. They were quick to assist me on a holiday week and maintained a level of communication that is hard to find these days. They promptly came out to assess a dent and determined that while they could repair the dent, paint work was needed as well and it wouldn't make sense to get the dent fixed if it had to be painted anyway.
