After getting several quotes from around Tucson to repair a dent in my door that was on the body crease, I found Andy's page online. Nobody ever wants this service, but when you NEED it, it's good to know it's out there. I made an online request with a couple pictures on Tuesday morning. The owner, Andy, called me within a half hour or so and we discussed the dent and reviewed the pics. He came out on Thursday morning, after a call letting me know he could come earlier than planned, and told me exactly what I could expect - with this particular type of repair, he could get it to 90%. Considering the only alternative was a professional strip and repaint at a shop, with an odd color (pearlescent blue), I agreed. Got caught in a hail storm and got some widespread, light but visible hail damage on my BRAND NEW CAR this summer and was wondering how i should get that handled. Called Andy and he came out to my work and took a look at the damage. He told me what needs to be done and was friendly, honest, insightful, and was very open to giving suggestions and let me know what would happen. He gave me an estimate for out of pocket and it was a lot more fair than what local body shops i went to presented.
