He was very rude and disrespectful. We checked his vehicle showed him exactly what happened. I told him "I should have told you to kick rocks" being how rude and disrespectful he was being before during and after. We checked his vehicle and showed him exactly what happened and was very upset blaming us for a lower bushing going out..........THIS was the response from the owner. Trying to blame me for the issue. He was upset with me because I kept asking why they did not replace the bushing when he had it in the first time. He never would answer. Instead, he wanted to review the written estimate for a Transmission flush and ball joint sleeve for which I refused service because they were unnecessary for an alignment. They are both crooks and liars. They are nothing like the original owner. His name should not be used for their business.
