If you aren't concerned about price, want variety and high-quality, definitely give them a visit. Friendly cashier who informed us the shrubs we were buying came with a 1 yr. warranty. We also joined their Garden Club (free to join), which gave us an extended warranty on the plants. Yay! Lots of wonderful things to look at, so plan to stay a while. However, the managers are very rude (Chuck, and probably Dana or Dina are the ones I interacted with). They act like they are the border police; they become hostile if you ask questions or if you return something. The staff are intimidated by them and check with him on refunds even for basic things like services not performed by ICL, or a service canceled by their store ( in my case it was a planting service or a failed delivery). Overall, I say, it is not worth buying their plants. And if you do, please realize it is a "final sale" and you'll be treated very badly if you suggest that the plant did not work for you or did not come back or failed.
