Nested in a residential area, it's a hidden gem away from Silverton Rd. There's a fairly large parking lot. We entered through the front doors off Beach. Upon entry, we were greeted by an older lady with a smile. She asked for our IDs and then told us to enter the door to our left. We entered and inside we were greeted again by a younger guy. He asked us what he could help us with and we got the Alaskan Thunder F*ck. He said that was the cheaper of strains he had. Not a lot of small talk, but the shop was nice. He did ask us for ID, which I thought was strange considering we were asked for ID in order to enter the door. Other than that, good quality stuff, clean store, variety of smoking utensils and incenses. read more

Having visited many many dispensaries in Oregon not all visit will be five star. This dispensary was a unique experience, this dispensary is set in a neighborhood in a stand alone building making it sort of easy to spot from the road. Nothing that stands out about the building except for its moniker. You enter the building from its side entrance into the waiting area to get checked in and will be escorted to the actual product room. The bud room is a small display area chalked full of product. Budtender attentive only when the product room is dealing with one individual any more than that it's a sh*t show. Knowledge is lacking so be sure to look up your products information before hand. They do house an array of products you should be able to find something you like at reasonable prices. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this dispensary again but they can't all be winners. read more

I've shopped them all in 2/3 of a mile from Silverton Rd NE (5?) and this one is the best! The notable difference is the 'candy jar' approach, just like I had imagined 10 years ago. Big jars that the 5 star staff pick buds from, trim a bit of stem here or there if needed, and lovingly weigh out and package your purchase. But, what makes it the best, is the price/thc number for my typical 3.5 grams. $18 consistently gets me 18%-24% well dried, trimmed product. They have a special on the counter, almost always the great deal. Hidden on Beech (Beach?) street Portland Rd or Silverton Rd, head and shoulders my favorite and the place I turn my friends onto. Downside? Best I got is the will NOT let you ride that ugly ass coffin tanked bad ass chopper in the candy jar area. Really, they are serious, NO RIDES! read more

Super clean and very professional. The variety and selection of medications is impressive friendly staff talk you through your selection and help you find what works for you. Prices are reasonable and I felt very comfortable with this location the displays are clearly marked and easy to see and you're able to get up close and look at the flowers and products all my questions were answered my experience was very good. On the way out the door I grabbed a cookie and a small glass of ice water which really hit the spot after seeing all the goodies I recommend stopping in maybe I'll see you there! read more

I loved this place until I encountered "Selena Ludwig", who apparently answers the phone and works the counter at the Keizer OR location. What an asshole. I see no reason to be rude to consumers. This chick was so rude and disrespectful. I would expect that OBC would not tolerate an employee of theirs telling customers that they can essentially F off and go elsewhere. This employee literally said these exact words to me..."If you don't want to shop with us, we don't care." I actually did want to shop with them! I was literally talking to her about a product that I used to get from them weekly that they have been out of now forever, in spite of repeated requests for the product. This chick got super pissy with me about it and I'm not sure why she felt so invested that she needed to hang up on me. One would hope, with so many dispensaries on LITERALLY EVERY STREET CORNER to choose from, that customer service/kindness would be a priority in order to stand above the bazillions of other dispensaries in our community. I choose elsewhere. After this terrible experience I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH OREGON BUD COMPANY. Not right! I hope that this place actually addresses this issue. DO BETTER! 08/10 update: I called the number left below on Aug 2nd and left a message. I called again the next day and a very empathetic person took my call and went above and beyond to take my statement and info and reassured me that this was not okay and that it would be passed to a supervisor and I would get a call back... Well, its been a week and NOTHING! I'm not surprised, as their customer service was awful at the location, they must have got the, "I dont care about customers" attitude from their higher-ups. This place is a joke. They cant even return a call, let alone treat others with a bit of respect! CSL Plasma, you cant do better, can you? 08/11 update: Got the paperwork they specifically said, went into donate at 3pm (they close at 7pm)and was told I couldn't (AGAIN) because they aren't taking new donors today. WTF!?! I understand you're short staffed, AND that's your job! You still have to do it. Or at least update your clients before they waist their time and money trying to get there. Side note, this was the same person that denied me before... DISCRIMINATION? (Scruffy brown hair and beard, I believe his name is Jessie.) So I called the number, again, and their office is closed. ‍ Left a call back number, doubt they will call me back. I'll keep updating.
