It was passed to me from my dad (who passed away years ago) and the pattern is no longer produced. Stadium Cleaners did an amazing job getting it back to pristine, which was a huge relief! 2. I got my wedding dress cleaned here! It had a pretty large train so this was not a simple undertaking and this was of course a special item to me. I was happy with their work on this one. Believe this was $185 which I thought was really reasonable for the amount of fabric in this dress especially. 3. Otherwise, I usually will do my coats here (especially my puffy winter coats that seem to absorb stains throughout the season), delicate sweaters (though more often than not I keep trying to just put those through my washing machine - one day I'll learn my lesson...), and a specialty jacket I wear for hospital volunteering. As an added bonus, they're located next to Dimo's - I sometimes try to time my dry cleaner drop off/pick ups to snag a breakfast bagel next door :).

I've had cashmere cleaned here, as well as Italian wool (Canali jacket) and other fine fabrics and they always do a fantastic job. The lady is very nice and they have a fast turn-around time. They also do alterations and repairs on site. This is a great neighborhood dry cleaner! If you live in the Crescents, Wines, Newport, Miller Ave, Water Hill and Old West Side area, or on Maple Rd, this is the place to go for your dry cleaning. In the intervening week, I spoke to several employees on the phone; they were extremely patient with me and listened to my concerns. They said it was my duvet. I was so fired up believing they were wrong. I talked to my mom, my sister, my friends, and anyone who would listen about how I was being wronged by the system. I brought my wife to the store tonight to have it out, to confirm it was the wrong duvet. I had pictures and receipts. The nighttime manager brought out the duvet and placed it on the counter. I looked to my wife, laughing saying can you believe they're trying to pawn this on me...this thing? She said, "that's ours buddy." I am more colorblind than my dog. I am an idiot and this place rocks.

I wasn't sure if it was possible to get the stains out but figured I'd leave it to professionals. When I got it back, my jaw dropped. It looked good as new, no stains and even whiter than I had ever seen it. Service was extremely professional, quick, and easy. Left the clothes with them for a few days and they held it for a few days until I had time to pick it up. They have my business for the foreseeable future.

One is a vintage wool car coat (shorter than the usual length of a coat) from Eileen Fisher, something I bought about 35 years ago. Another is a dark dark purpleish 3/4 length coat, with great sentimental value. So I was hesitant to turn these over and take a chance. However, I can say without reservation that Elite Cleaners II did an excellent job! The colors look more vibrant, esp. the Eileen Fisher coat, which is a dark teal. And that they use a "wet" method and not chemicals was a plus. The items were ready one week later. Yes, you can expect to pay more for their service, although I don't know if the $53.00 for two coats would be standard or not. At any rate, to my mind, it was well worth it. Now my coats are ready for the next winter in Ann Arbor!

Received a call on FRIDAY, told they could not hem them at all. Very disappointed in the lack of apology for stringing us along for over a week on a job they promised but could not actually come through on. We could have taken them somewhere else to be altered in that time frame. Frustrating. We'll go elsewhere for our dry cleaning and alterations.

Yes, after bringing it back they tried to "fix it". If you know Burberry, you know you cannot simply buy another belt because the dye lots differ. I would never bring an article of clothing here.

I used to think it was a waste of money to use a laundry service but then I realized my alternative choices have been to lug laundry down 3 flights of stairs to my apartment laundry room, which leaves my clothes disgustingly damp, or to haul my laundry down 3 flights of stairs into my car and drive to a Laundromat. Both of those options sucked, and I'm so happy to have found this service. TL;DR: This service is amazing and worth the price.
