I am writing This Yelp review to document my frustration and concern regarding the way my dental case has been handled at your Eustis office. What should have been a straightforward treatment process has turned into 3 months of delays, miscommunication, and unacceptable patient experience. My treatment began at the end of November with the expectation that the process would move forward in a reasonable and coordinated manner. Instead, the experience has been marked by repeated issues that have placed the burden entirely on me as the patient. First, there was the incident involving the tooth that was not removed during my oral surgery despite being discussed beforehand. After undergoing a major procedure in which approximately twelve teeth were extracted, I later had to return to have another tooth removed because it had been mistakenly left off the extraction list. That alone should never have happened. Most recently, during my appointment this week, the level of communication and professionalism reached a point that I can only describe as unacceptable. The dentist attempted to fit the upper and lower wax try-ins, both of which clearly did not fit. Rather than explaining the situation or discussing the next steps with me, the dentist simply left the room without any explanation whatsoever. I was then left with an assistant who was unable to answer even basic questions about what was happening or what the plan was moving forward. Every question I asked was met with vague responses such as "yes, yes, " which provided absolutely no clarity. Patients deserve to understand what is being done to them and why. Being left in a treatment room without explanation, and without a staff member capable of communicating the plan, is not acceptable. When another staff member eventually entered the room, the discussion immediately turned into a defensive explanation about lab timelines rather than addressing the core issue: the complete lack of communication and respect for the patient's time. By that point I was no longer willing to schedule another two-week appointment with no clear explanation of what was actually happening with my case. I left the office asking that I be contacted when the corrected appliances are ready rather than committing to another appointment that may again be unproductive. At this stage, I am simply asking that the job be completed properly so I can move forward. However, I also want it clearly documented that the patient experience throughout this process has been extremely poor. Communication between the office, the lab, and the patient has been inconsistent at best. I have done everything asked of me as the patient. The repeated issues in this process have not been caused by me, yet I am the one who has absorbed the time, frustration, and inconvenience. This letter is not written lightly. I am requesting that someone in a management position review this situation and ensure that my case is handled correctly and efficiently going forward. More importantly, I hope this serves as a reminder that communication and basic respect for patients' time are essential parts of professional care. *UPDATE: After waiting nearly two weeks with no update, I finally called the office myself to ask about the status of my case. During that call I was informed that the order for my upper and lower dental appliances had been canceled. I was never contacted or notified that this decision had been made -- had I not called, I would still be waiting for a phone call that was never coming. Place is horrible. Brought my child there for Braces. Orthodontist tells me the child needs to have a tooth extracted and braces. He said he would refer him to an oral surgeon. A few days later I request the referral and the orthodontist says. He would like to have the braces OK by the Insurance company first. Because if the tooth is extracted he might not need braces. I said isn't it better to not put the kid through braces if not needed. He said he rather wait. When I once again asked for the referral. He said he's not my Orthodontist and since I never signed a contract with him. So he wanted to put my child through braces even though he said he might not need them if he had that one tooth removed. Absolutely the worse. After waiting an hour they informed me that my insurance won't cover the exam and X-rays. Only extremely frustrating because I offered to get my records from my previous doctor and they said no. I also had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, so at some point, they could had told me before taking off of work and working my and my son's schedule around the appointment that didn't even happen. read more

Very rude, uncompassionate, uncaring front desk staff!!! Had an appointment once, they made me wait 4 hours in a room. I had to finally leave without treatment. They apologized, blaming emergencies. Then I had an emergency, and they literally didn't care. Told me I could be a walk-in but would wait several hours in the waiting room without guarantee of being seen! This is the kind of "medical care" you get in this office! You simply have to have no other choice in order to be a patient here! Me, myself I would never consider this place again! read more

I was looking for an Endotonist to perform a root canal after I paid my regular Dentist over $1300 crown for a crown, due to my insurance not covering it. I also needed a root canal, but he suggested an Endotonist. Plus he couldn't extract another tooth due to it being "problematic". Then I found the "comparable" rates for root canals were just as much as I paid for the crown. That was pretty hard to swallow, so I started researching, calling, and checking prices of Endontotic Dentists in the area. I came across Greenberg Dental in Clermont, which had better options and prices, so I figured I'd take a chance. The front desk not only treated me with respect, but worked on giving me a "much" better overall price; even with the issues of my insurance. I did find the wait time after sitting in the chair was a little longer than usual, but I found Dr. Walker was very professional and took care of my issues with no problem. To me, saving the extra money is worth waiting a little longer in the chair. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is due to the wait time. Other than that, I highly recommend Greenberg Dental of Clermont. I also plan on turning my Dental needs to them. read more

Appointment time was 1pm, arrived 20 minutes before yet still was not called until 140. They padded the bill, disregarded provider contracts with the insurance by opting to force members to pay for upgraded materials even though aetna says no tou can't charge our members for such materials. Office manager told the aetna advocate I can, will and am. As the aetna advocate is filing a formal grievance the office staff is laughing at the situation then my son gets discharged from the practice. Greenberg is a bunch of crooks. They turn everything into 3 and 4 visits to get as much money from you and the plan as possible. I would not let Greenberg dental care for my dogs teeth. read more

I always see Dr. Walker. He is GREAT! Always explains everything thoroughly and does excellent work..... with that being said if you want to be in & out that is not going to happen. When you are good at what you do, you're going to be busy and Dr. Walker is certainly busy. Wait times are long, but end results are worth every minute!! It is hard to find a dentist that you'll like. but when you do stick with them. Dr. Walker gets 5 Stars from me. read more

If I could give Dr Pham a negative review, it would still be more than he deserved! My daughter had a consultation for braces and he spoke to her like she was a dog! I wouldn't give this business more business if that is the type of person they employ!! Someone with that pack of bedside manner should never work with children or teens! read more

I hate this place, I hate this place, I hate this place. I had a tooth unexpectedly chip and I had just gotten health insurance. This was essentially my only option listed in my network. Especially on the fly. Went to get it fixed and the first time it took 4.5 almost five hours. One dentist running around to like 10 people. It's so annoying. Then came back to get my temporary crown off and new one on and I sat there in the chair for two over hours. I had gotten here 45 minutes early. JUST to change to the new crown. I was actually seen for all of 5 minutes. No joke. The front desk people aren't very happy people either. The Dr. Himself isn't every personable. I was so worried that he's rushing that it's not going to get done with quality care and attention. All while he doesn't take five seconds to get to know you. Both times I've been here he put on Latex gloves and I had to be the one to remind him I have an allergy to the gloves. Which is written in my chart. I already HATE dental work and put it off until I can't anymore. And this kind of experience makes it no better. Reminds me why I do that to myself in the first place. For over $700 I was actually seen for at max 15-25 minutes between the two visits totaling nearly 7 hours of my life...Absolutely wasted. read more

STAY AWAY. This is the worst Greenberg location! The only person I enjoyed was Danielle one of the techs. Everyone from the Doctor, management, front desk, everyone is rude & nasty . They don't even remind you about your appointments and it's difficult to reschedule. read more

They told me on the phone they take Dental PPO but when I got there they said no. I even called my insurance company (United Healthcare) to make sure my Dental was PPO and it is but they still wouldn't do a cleaning. Other Greenberg offices take it but not this one? read more

I have been going there for several years. With my insurance I don't have many options. I like Dr Walker and his professional work. However, the wait time is terrible. I had 1:00 appt for simple checkup and cleaning. It was over 1-1/2hour wait before I saw Dr. and another 1-1/2 before I was finished. Girls at front desk are not very friendly. I will go back as I'm locked in. I make sure I have a book to read and a seater to keep warm. read more

Does not deserve a star. Waited 4 hours to see dentist. Then two more hours for him to replace one of two crowns. Doctor came into the room never introduced himself; looked into my mouth to see where my crowns came off, sat and typed notes for five minutes with his back to us. Worst bed side manner of any doctor I've seen. I had to stop the doctor to have him explain what was going with my crowns because his assistant had no clue when I was asking questions . Doctor only spoke to his assistant and not directly to the patient, I found that very rude. Still confused with his diagnoses and I am paying more for a second opinion. My husband broke a tooth and lost a filling. After seeing a dentist there and observing he had broken a tooth and a lost filling instead of fixing it the same day they gave him another appointment for the next week. After going a week with a broken tooth and no filling saw another dentist who said they could not do anything to fix or repair the teeth. They wanted him to spend 7,500 dollars on crowns. they said they could not do anything else. I couldn't figure this out. How do you send someone home without fixing the teeth that were broken and were missing a filling? My husband saw another dentist in Orlando and he temporarily fixed his filling and broken tooth and agreed that he needed crowns but it would cost 3,000 dollars, a big difference than 7,500 dollars and he didn't send him home with a broken tooth and a missing filling. These people are terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They had no concern about how my husband was going to get along with the problems he had. They just didn't care. I had to give one star because there was no option for zero stars! This place is the most jacked up office there possibly is. I waited with two teeth that I needed extracted during the entire lockdown of covid-19. Then I was called by a lady told I had to drive to a different Greenberg an hour away in Claremont just to see a dentist. Then she called me the next day to tell me that she made a mistake they're going to be closed that day I had to wait another three days to get in and mind you I was in quite a bit of pain. So I drove over an hour away from my home to see a dentist waited there for three hours and then I was finally able to see a dentist by the name of Aaron Walker DMD. Well let me tell you Aaron, I don't think wants to do any work. Now I sit there during this wait time and listened to him extract the tooth from a man sitting there beside me in another chair he then comes over looks at my teeth knows how much pain I'm in and in fact did not even want to tap on the tooth because he knew how much pain I was in and then he looks at me and says oh sorry you have to go to an oral surgeon. Now there is plenty of tooth there to pull when I asked him why he could not pull the tooth The only answer he kept giving me was oh several reasons. Then he goes on to tell me there are a lot of general dentist that don't pull teeth well that's kind of strange since I just sit here and listened to you pull the man's tooth beside me listened to the dental assistant who by the way was very rude and not very nice listened to her pack his tooth give him his prescription for his pain pill and and his antibiotic and explain how to change his packing to him and then they walk over on the other side of the partition and tell me oh sorry we can't pull your teeth. Now I know that this is a bunch of crap because I've had a general dentist pull my tooth before with no problems and I just listened to him pull the prior patient's tooth with no problems. The problem was it was after 1 o'clock and he just wanted to close and go home. Now I heard a lady down the hall screaming her lungs out I don't know what was going on down there and maybe that made him a little irritated but that is no excuse to send someone away because your day is going bad. We have all suffered through this lockdown and waited to see our dentist just to be told sorry there's nothing that I can do for you. He gives me a prescription for some antibiotics and some ibuprofen 800 doesn't even offer me anything stronger than that for the pain and no I don't mean oxycodone I am not a pain pill freak I do not like pain pills. But he could've at least offered the non-narcotic tramadol or something for my pain instead of just sending me away. So now I have drove over an hour back home in the same pain that I started out with in the beginning of the lockdown. So anybody out there who is in serious pain and who needs a serious dentist ASAP do not go there. And especially considering the fact that some of these problems that I have going on right now it's from the so-called fillings that they gave me at the Leesburg office at Greenberg. Feelings that are coming out that I've only had for five years! I have two fillings in my mouth that I've had for 33 years and they are fine but yet the ones from GreenBerg five years ago are coming out explain this to me! Trust me this place is not where you want to go not where you want to take your kids not a good place of business! I am now logging into my Humana and I am finding a new dentist a real dentist and a dentist who actually wants to work and help their patients because this place is a waste of time and nothing but one big joke! read more

The dentist was great. Really good. Did his job and did it well. However the wait times, the lack of office workers seemingly not caring. I know we have covid. But this wasn't a one off. Both times I visited, I was there no less then 3.5 hours. I even had an appointment. They seem disorganized. I've never had to wait near four hours for a dentist. Ever. It's kind of crazy. We went there for the first time today to the Greenburg in Clermont! The secretary in the front desk and the staff on reception were very professional and friendly! Robin did my x-rays and prepared us to be seen by Dr Aron Walker! This dentist is very professional, friendly and did a throughout excellent dental exam and he took the time to explain what needed to be done and since we don't have a dental insurance he did a discount and offered us to use the dental insurance offered in the office! Overall our experience with this dentist, the staff, the dental hygienist, the x-ray technician and the secretary and the reception was excellent and we will recommend this place without hesitation! This is in our opinion the best dentist and dental office in Florida and around the world! read more

He did 2 years of braces and extensive work to straighten and fix her underbite. Her braces came off today and her teeth are perfectly straight! It would be nice if someone would answer the phone!! With all the staff they have walking around and just sitting behind the front desk you would think someone would pick up the phone!! I've been calling the last two days because I had to leave a message after calling another 2 days to make an appointment. They finally after two days called me back but I wasn't able to answer but when I called back shortly after I kept getting a recording that they are experiencing high call volume and now its another 2 days later!! No star is deserved here at all!!! Took my 80 yr old Mom in to get a tooth pulled. Didn't take too long to get called back. Waited 2 f'ing hours before the Dentist (or whatever he was-don't even know what his name was) came back where he stood there for a good 5 minutes typing away with his back to us, horrible bed side manner. Then he asks a question about medications in which was already answered at her last visit there & written down! They were already told that she was to get an extraction that day. He says he will let us decide if we want the extraction or if we want a referral to someone that will pull all her teeth and give her a full denture. Um.... you've been told previously that we are not doing that and she just wants the extraction. Of course he leaves and I told the assistant that we just want the extraction, my mother has no dental insurance btw. So the assistant gets all the instruments laid out, etc... then says the dentist will be back in to numb her, then I can go up and pay and then they will do the extraction. A HALF AN HOUR LATER.... still no one comes. I went to the front and asked what was going on and that we had waited for 2 1/2 hours already and the assistant and dentist are no where to be seen. There were other patients waiting in chairs in rooms as well. We said the heck with that and left. Oh, of course we had to pay $30 for "making contact" with the dentist. Dr. Kasem is amazing. He takes good care of you. People say that you wait a while- sure - they take any and all emergencies and they do EVERYTHING in office. They see kids, make crowns and bridges, they do cavities, fillings, cleanings and more and they have like 20 chairs so they can see a ton of people. I've tried other places and hated it. Dr. Kasem is honest and helps out a lot with not wasting your money. Go get a 15 minute $5000 estimate from a fancy office or wait a little longer and a real expert, Kasem, will give you the low-down on what you really need probably a 1/4th of that. I had my braces put on and maintained between here and the leesburg office. About half way through my treatment my employer changed insurance companies and would not cover the continued treatment with this dentist. I did not find this out until 6 months later. Greenberg was still talking my monthly payment and seeing me on schedule as if everything was fine. They waited until I was almost $1000 behind before telling me they hadn't been recieving payment from my insurance and at that point they refused to see me for any more appointments. I called my insurance company, which is another story in itself, I recieved 5 different answers from 5 different people there, but was told I needed a form submitted from my dentist. Over the past couple of months I've tried calling Greenberg billing over and over again, I left messages just wanting to get this straightened out so i could continue with my appointments. No answer and no return calls. I went to the office and was told i would have to call billing. No one seemed to care that no one was willing to try and help me get this figered out. I went up there again and asked the, very rude, receptionist if she could speak to my insurance company, while I was there, about a form they were asking for. My insurance company had also tried calling them several times to no avail.Her reply was that she didn't have time. I asked about just getting them taken off since no one was willing to help me get things figured out. They wanted to charge me $400 to take them off. At that point I told them i would be going somewhere else and I was told I was dismissed as a patient and my bill was wiped out. I asked more than once, to make sure i heard correctly, that i no longer had a balance with them. I was told i didn't. Today, in the mail, I recieved a $948 bill from them. Tried calling the number on the letter, you guessed it, no answer. I left a voicemail, no return call. Don't ever go to this dentist!! I was warned before i went, by a person who used to work there. I didn't listen and now I can't even tell you how much I regret it. read more

My 80-year old mother, who is on oxygen, needed a tooth pulled. We explained she was afraid of pain and didn't want to be drilled on, just numbed and to have the tooth pulled. Dr. Walker strolled in, talked over and past my mother, then proceeded to talk about drilling putting in crowns, and other extensive work, to the tune of $743.00. I went to the Leesburg location and will never go back! I had been told by another orthodontist that I needed some work done and I came here for a second opinion. The very young doctor barely looked at my teeth. He also didn't have full shots of my teeth because their X-ray machine was broken. I explained the issue. In response, he told me that I was "no spring chicken," and basically told me that, although I needed work done, I probably shouldn't bother because of my age! I know 56 isn't young, but the way he was talking, you'd think I was in my 80s. I mentioned that the previous doctor had told me that I'd have bone loss and eventually lose my teeth if I didn't get them corrected -- this guy's response was basically "you've already got bone loss because you're getting old, so why worry about it?" Is aweful... today I had a confirmed appointment for 7:30am, I got there a few minutes early and waited for an employee to let me in only to hear that the office doesn't open until 8am...she checked the appointment and also confirmed that it was made for 7:30am and apologized...she then called the doctor and he said he had forgot something at home and had to return to get it and would be at least an hour more...I told her to cancel it and I would not be rescheduling...that office is terrible...girls out front are more concerned about talking to one another than doing their job..and this was the third time in as many years that my appointment was mismanaged read more

Truly THE WORST dental clinic I've ever had to experience. They are never-ever returning calls. It is impossible to get a live person on the phone to set an appointment. Staff is stressed and obviously overworked. Nobody seem to be responsible for anything. People there just don't care ... I can't wait to get my child's braces off to forget the scheduling nightmare ! This place is awful. Made an appointment two weeks ago for myself and my daughter and apparently only one was put in. My appointment was at 1:00 so I arrived at 12:45. This dental office is ridiculously backed up. This is my second visit in the past 2 weeks and the amount of time that you wait is just crazy. Last appointment I waited almost 3 hours between the waiting room and sitting in the dentist chair for them just to tell me I have cavities. Then they rescheduled me to come today for the fill ins and I've been here since 330pm and it's almost 6pm and I've just been sitting here with a numb mouth. I walk out the private room to use the restroom and notice there's about 6 of us just sitting in these chairs waiting. And all you hear is across the hall is "We will be right with you"... total lie. Why is this office overbooking appointments if they know they cannot accommodate them. The assistants are friendly but while in the room they just spoke of what time they thought they would be out the office, not to mention two of them were just standing against the wall when I finally got up to use the restroom. Would be nice if they checked on us periodically. I could tear this room apart and fill my own cavity at this rate. The Dr. (I believe the only one) also seems flustered and seems like he doesn't like his own job. Your getting paid big bucks to have us waiting hours for you, be a little nicer dude. Horrible dentist & front office staff. Broke file on tooth during a routine procedure. Charged me and sent me to another office for specialist. Specialist could not retrieve file but charged me twice to attempt it. Double billed my insurance company for x-rays and treatment of canal obstruction (file in tooth). Their customer service offered a measly $200 off to correct their mistakes. Already spent well over that amount. Been a loyal customer since 2011 but I WILL NEVER RETURN to any Greenberg Dental office EVER!!!! read more

I should have stayed away from this place when it took multiple days of calling to even get an appointment. First, I called the number, I got the recording - it says to call a DIFFERENT number if you're trying to make an appointment - so I did - and I got a recording there too! So I left a message there and did not get a call back. Two days later, after not receiving a call back to schedule the appointment, I decided to call the office again. I got the voicemail - I left a message with all of my information. I decided to continue to call until I got a person - so I called every forty-five minutes and continued to leave messages. It was 6 hours before I got a person! Today was my appointment - it was for 10:00 - I was there at 9:50. It was 10:30 when I was called back. First I was seen by the X-ray Tech - she told me something that no other dentist has ever told me - when she noticed that I had all of my wisdom teeth and two of them have fillings in them - she told me that I should get them pulled - there's no reason to have them. Then the actual dentist came in - she was quick - looked at the x-rays and poked at my teeth for a minute and lectured me for not flossing after every meal and then said that I didn't have any cavities and she'd see me in another year. I was told that the dental hygentist wasn't there yet and that I could either come back later in the day or make an appointment for another day. Since I was off work already I opted to come back 4 hours later. During my cleaning the hygenist found a cavity under some tartar and called for a dentist to confirm - so that makes me think the first dentist didn't do her job. This is the only dentist office where they do the exam before doing the cleaning - and maybe that was only because the hygentist wasn't there in the morning - but this place seemed too unorganized and unprofessional. This is also the only dentist office that doesn't give out a goody bag of floss or toothpaste or a toothbrush when you leave, and they also don't ask to schedule your next appointment - just send you on your way. If you want an office where the employees are happy and smiling - this is a great place - they do genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs - you just have to understand that they aren't going to be considerate of your time and might not be the most competent. read more

The office can get backed up but my daughter got her braces on by Dr. Greer and he did an amazing job. Some of her friends only have them on for a few months and their teeth go back. Dr. Greer had her in them for 2 years but well worth the wait and great job. read more
