She informed me that I need to just wait it out while I'm suffering with painful muscle spasms and just general pain they told me after seven days, I would be able to be a little bit more mobile since my left foot has a very bad sprain. Either they can't find my appointment in their system - which has happened several times - then I have a billing issue in which they tell me I owe them yet MORE money, and when I ask why, their explanation is completely inadequate. Meanwhile, I'm losing my place in line and other folks who have appointments behind me are essentially cutting in front of me - all because they couldn't answer some simple billing questions I had. There is always something that goes wrong with this location. To echo what many others have said on this site - do not deal with these people if you can choose elsewhere. I've seen monkeys with more functional brains.
