They have been the go to towing company these past few years for my family needs. They are always responsive and helpful. The wait isn't too bad and the price is reasonable as well. One particular evening my son was stuck and I was going to get his car towed to our auto shop. We thought it was a Transmission problem and every auto place we called confirmed that's what it is...ugh! But when the tow guy came he asked what the issue was and knew right away what the problem is and fixed it!!! Yay it wasn't the transmission! It was an issue that needed to be addressed soon but not where it couldn't be driven. He has been a mechanic for over 30 years so he knows car. He saved us time and money. Great customer service and I will always use them if necessary but hopefully not anytime soon!!! read more

I tell you this now. You're driver made one of the biggest mistakes. I needed my van, I have an appointment with a neurologist for my dog on Tuesday morning at 8 am on richmond, our dog has seizures and they're only getting worse. So he has an MRI scheduled for 8 am , which now, due to the neglect of your driver and your company, I have no way of getting there.. So just know this, I am contacting the BBB and the attorney general in regards to this and if anything happens to my dog, you will be held accountable. You can apologize a millions times, but that doesn't fix the issue or get my vehicle back. And for you, to offer a car with a flat tire, then nothing, that's bullshit. Maybe if your drivers actually paid attention, we wouldn't be in this position, thanks Travis! Not! Their driver, dropped off my vehicle at the same spot as his last tow, and now that shop has my key locked inside until Monday, if they're even open, with it being a holiday.. my car hasn't even it made it to the shop that was suppose to work on it.. Bike broke down during peek traffic time, so they were very busy and traffic was horrible. Time was a little long but not all their fault. Waited almost an hour but when it got there tow driver was quick and they used a bike dolly which I had never seen before. (Normally I just push it up the flatbed ramp!) he made sure it was safe and secure. Even had padded straps so they would not scratch the paint! Over all very happy. read more

Great service! Tonight around 10pm our Harley was acting funny so we decided to check out some tow options rather than risk more damage. My husband attempted one towing place that didn't even answer the phone.
